My girlfriend and I ordered our food from the drive thru last Friday afternoon. There was a employee there that was very cool. Her name is Allison. She was passing a drink to my girlfriend and my girlfriend accidentally dropped her soda all over the car. Allison gave us a bunch of napkins and even stayed at the window while we were cleaning her car out with the napkins. She even offered to get us more napkins then she also took our dirty napkins and put them in the trash. I want to thank her for being nice, respectful and helpful to us. Also there food is very good and the crinkle fries are very yummy.
Friendly crew however I'm either missing something out of my order or the app isn't sending over the modifications for my order because I always order 12 sliders 6 chicken no cheese and 6 roast beef no cheese and every time there's an issue with cheese! Last time I ordered on the app only 6 of the 12 sliders I ordered were brought out to me after I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on chicken and I'm fine waiting on fresh chicken however when I only get 6 sliders and I paid for 12 Sheesh! Guess what though the 6 sliders they put in the bag and the ones they forgot to put in the bag all had cheese on them even after I politely asked them to make sure my sliders didn't have cheese on them. I even explained to them it shows modified on the app no cheese but it doesn't show on their side and it still didn't help!
It was ok ???? not my first choice but my daughter picked it she got the sliders I got the beef n cheddar the curly fries was hitting on a 10 though as usual.
Courtney took my order at the drive thru! She was so happy and polite!! The brief interaction I had with her made my day a little bit better! She definitely deserves a raise!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life the girl taking the order had to ask me nine different times what I wanted because she couldn’t understand English do better Arby’s
I got the smokehouse brisket Sandwich n it was smaller than picture and greasy as all get out..
Poor service , took too long thru the drive thru service , no Arby's sauce in my bag at all to accomplish my fries
