Best WLM Reviews
The service at this Arby's has always been great, but today it was even better! We always order online and we find our food hot and freshly made. Today they even got exactly all the sauces I asked for! It just hit the spot! Great job to the people working here!
Janna at the 8th Street location store 6831 is the BEST cashier/cook EVER!!! My husband and I came in a little before 9pm and saw the food that had been sitting for awhile and after placing our order Janna asked if we would each like a water because it was gonna be a few minutes. Her and her coworker made everything fresh as we watched. What a GREAT experience. My husband has always seen Janna during the day when he picks me up lunch to bring to my office and he says she is always smiling and polite. That woman definitely deserves a RAISE!!! My husband and I will always continue to frequent this establishment as long as Janna is there with her Beautiful Smile and Welcoming Words. Thank You Janna for being AMAZING and Welcoming every time my husband and I come in for a quick lunch or late night dinner.
Pulled up just after 10pm and was told their system was down and they were waiting for it to come back up which us fine. I asked if this is usually a few minutes or could it be like an hour, so I could get a rough idea. Instead of answering they said "it'll take as long as the system takes"
Needed a quick bite before I hit the road heading out of town. I have to say that I was shocked when they took my order because it has been a looooonnng time since I have heard a friendly fast food worker. The staff at this restaurant seemed to actually enjoy their jobs and the interaction was friendly and quite delightful.
It seems that the management here is treating the staff very well.
I tried the Bourbon BBQ it was pretty good but I think the beef and cheddar is way better. There’s something about that classic sandwich that is just delicious. The store over all was semi clean. It would be nice to this Arby’s remodeled but it was a great experience over all
That was the best milkshake I had in a long while. Everything was nice and hot, our onion rings was a bit crispy but delicious. My Dad said they could of places the cheese better for the first sandwich but was a good sandwich. I'll definitely visit again. Not too busy and not too loud when we visited.
I totally understand that they’re clearly very understaffed, but I waited 20 minutes for my food and then found that the driver through employee (which I heard them say 6 minute wait for drive through) had been taking my food away and making me wait 4x as long.
Finally an associate at the front had to tell the woman, when she said “drive through always comes first” that I’d been waiting 20 minutes when drive through was currently at 6 min. I don’t understand why my food was put on the back burner like I’m not a human waiting too. It should be whoever waits the longest is prioritized. Ridiculous.
Quick and efficient drive thru, the employee showed the ability to think ahead by dropping the chicken to cook in while he was talking to us, although that also made it seem like they were short staffed. Order was accurate and the food was good. Thanks!
