They forgot my bacon, bathrooms could use a lot of cleaning but the food was good
Update:
Since customer service reached out to me they attempted to make up for it. I give them credit for that but probably won’t be back to that location. The one on South Blvd is better IMO.
Stopped here today May 31, get home and my sandwich looks like it fell on the floor. Not sure if that’s dirt on the bun but definitely not normal- and I even waited a little longer because They were still cooking fries. $10 down the drain - Extremely disappointed.
Was downtown and went to Arby's for a quick lunch break during Jury Duty and tried the smokehouse BBQ brisket sandwich with crinkle fries and a strawberry lemonade. The sandwich was delicious with melted chz, BBQ sauce n brisket on a soft bun. The fries were nice and warm n salty. The strawberry lemonade was sweet n sour and tasty ???? ???? ????????. The salted caramel & chocolate cookie was thick, soft and sweet.
Such a bad experience! I just placed an order for three sandwiches and I order french fries and cheese sauce. I paid a total 26.00 dollars but just now I received one sandwich! I am very upset because people work hard for their money. I tried calling the restaurant and getting no response. I feel robbed my.

I went to this Arby’s on Tuesday 4/16/2024 at 4:30 pm . I went there for curly fries. When ordered the young man took my order I a combo sandwich fries and drink which totaled to be $9.25 . I told him I wanted roast beef sandwich curly fries and a drink. I asked could he make sure all of my food was hot. He said yes. When I go to get my drink the sprite was warm and not good. Then I get my food I have crinkle fries filled with salt he says oh we’re out of curly fries we’re waiting on a truck that was coming at 5 I asked about the sprite we’re out it’s on the truck. I asked could I get more fries without salt. My sandwich was not hot barely warm. So a nice young lady remade the sandwich so it was hot it didn’t taste good the bread seemed old and the meat was dark. So I told the young man that I wasn’t happy with my meal and he walk away. When I got in my car I decided to call the manager. He was very rude and disrespectful. I left the tray on the table on purpose. So when express to him about my whole meal being all wrong his only concern was the fact that I left the tray on the table. He was very rude and he hung up on me ❤️
I went through drive thur and the service was nice quick.
Fast service, friendly staff, food was nice and hot! I went around 10pm.
