Best WLM Reviews
the customer service is always so nice. The young guy at the window was super polite and attentive. However they totally skimped me on a large fry and they made the chicken fresh, which is appreciated, but then the fries were super cold and half full. kinda bummed but overall if people pay a lot for food they should make the effort to make sure all of it’s fresh
Getting an order right is 1 out 10. Today my buffalo chicken sandwich with everything on it was missing Buffalo sauce and had a lettuce enough for one bite. Kids are very nice, but I wish they paid more attention when taking an order.
Oh and don’t get fries. Curly ones are always burnt and crinkle are undercooked.
The girl at the counter, I wish I got her name, was super friendly. The food was excellent and wow the restaurant was clean! I’m glad I passed on the Taco Bell next door to come here!
Waited for 30+ minutes for my 2 combos. Manager and another employee were yelling back and forth with each other. Deep fried my burger patty in the fryer, said they had no bacon, and fries were old and soggy.
All five stars because as an Arby's this is one of my favorite. The remodel definitely refreshed the place. Service is great and food quality is consistent with the Arby's brand
Went for the 2 for $7 crispy chicken sandwiches along with potato cakes today and what we received was 2 twice fried lumps of overcooked chicken and gristle and three barely fried but super greasy cakes of something, but not potatoes.
Super disappointed, couldn’t even finish it, I’m so bloated from the grease. Have ate here for years but now will not return.
Always nice and attentive folks here. Online orders are always ready quickly.
Every time I go to Arby's I get a double roast beff and the meat is thin and juicey it just falls apart in your mouth BUT when you go to this location it's thick dry and pink why is this location so different I couldn't even chew it had to throw it away gess I have to drive a little further to a good location
