Worst service I've ever had. Was told to pull because of curly fries. After 20mins I went in & there was curly fries cooked but no one thought about bringing my food. My sandwich & wrap sitting n bag on counter getting cold. The driest wrap I've ever had!! This place desperately need new management.

Arby's has been a favorite since I was a kid. It's just gotten to be very pricey. Coupons were the key, but I've have not seen many recently.
This was a horrible visit. I placed a order at 1246pm July 16th. I got my order around 110pm. The people who ordered after me, got there food before I got my order. The lady making sandwiches in the back, not wearing gloves, with long red finger nails. My sandwich was cold, fries was greasy, threw them in the trash. The only that was good was the mozzarella sticks bc that was the only that was hot. I will not be return to this location ever again.
Wow. This is definitely not what I expected when I ordered a fish sandwich. I ordered the same thing last week and figured it was a mistake, but came back to try again and this is a poor imitation of whats advertised. And the Italian looks even worse. Arby's after dark is a big difference from the day crew. Where's the quality?

I placed my order today on 3-21-24 at exactly 1811. What I have witnessed today is the most extremely disgraceful service I have ever seen from any fast food restaurant I left the drive thru at 1834.... Over 20 minutes in the drive thru!!!!
I started in fast food in the year 2000ish at 6 Dollars an hour and our times were 2 minutes from time of order to time of pickup at the window. I'm sorry but even though I think waves should be a little higher for employees in fast food the service has got to be quality service. Otherwise the labor is not worth paying for.
And I hate to be harsh I really do but there were at least 4 people in the kitchen preparing orders it shouldn't take 23 minutes no
