Had a 50 dolla order missing sandwich and i asked for coke zero and got regular it all most killed me because i'm diabetic. I asked for a large meal got all med after the lady's repeated my order to me correctly and still got the whole order wrong. they said that I could come back but I live 30 mins away so I asked for a voucher they told me no they don't do that so,, sorry Arby's you suck!!!
This use to be my go to. Now it’s trash, these past times I went fries always cold, and how do you mess up a market fresh bacon old no onion just a basic sandwich. Drive thru always busy how is the food so horrible now. 28 and some change down the drain
What is wrong with your manager? A skeleton with a Xmas hat is a Christmas decoration. I don't remember a skull in the story of Jesus. You are sick and twisted. Wife and I and grandkids will never return.
This Muskegon Arby's is unclean every time I've visited. Food seems to have always been sitting out longer than it should be. Fries are cold. It continues to disappoint and also seems to be getting worse.
I love their Market Fresh Sandwiches! They are a little pricey but worth it. The chicken tenders with Bronco Berry sauce is yummy! Just make sure you have a few extra minutes to wait.
Went through the drive through tonight, got our order and was missing a fry. When we asked for it the woman didn’t believe us, we insisted it wasn’t there and she walked away to grab it. I realized we didn’t have the ranch we asked for at the speaker so we asked and she made a snarky rude remark about having to make a second trip. She proceeded to not come back to the window and pack other orders. I work in a restaurant and I would never talk to someone like that.
I ordered the 3 piece fish sticks. Normally, they are crunchy and fresh. These were soggy, and the container was saturated in grease, like they have been sitting out for awhile. Awhile after eating, I started feeling nauseous. I'm not going to be ordering the fish from here again. I know they are probably already fully cooked and frozen like at the store, but I'm not sure how long they were sitting out. I know my wait in line was about 15 minutes. Just something wasn't right with the fish sticks.
I got an order for a roast beef sandwich along with a few other items and my bun was rock hard on my sandwich so I decided to call for a replacement or see what they could do. The employee listens to my issue and tells me she will get her manager. Before she could hand the phone over Kris the manager snaps at her saying "don't answer the phone we got better things to do" once she decided to talk to me she offers to replace it if I drive back. I said I'm home please take my number and she then tells me I don't need to do all that. What a joke. Do better Kris.
