I would not refer ANYONE to this Arby's! How can a roast beef restaurant run out of roast beef? Not only that but employees were not nice. They had people pulling up to wait on their food. People waited long time before we all just walked in to get our orders. This was the worse experience I've ever had at this location. The food we did order was not even fitting enough to feed to the dogs. The picture I'm posting is the "freshly cooked" deluxe burger....it was gross! The only reason it gets ONE star is because it won't let me post no stars!
DONT GO! The blk lady manger is very rude and unprofessional. She rushed us as soon as we got to the speaker. When we made to the window as is was asking for some sauces she slams the window close. Opens it back up only to ask us to pull to the back door for our order. As approaching we see a young coming out the back door with his gloves on handed out someone's order. That he touching his pants and the door handle with now. When he brings our for our their no sauce in the bag nor napkins so he goes back inside to only bring out two sauces no ketchup and tells me that his manager said '' if I asked for any more she's going to have to charge me .50 each '' he said if it was up to him he would have just given them to us granted that one of the meals where Missing the actual sauce that come with the order.
Drive thru service. Fast and polite. No real complaints. A fast food eatery can not get a 5 star review from me.. Those are reserved for a much nicer place.
Used the drive-thru, and the cashier asked me to pull forward to their back door so that they could game their consumer output time. He was so busy trying to cheat the system to make the store look better, that he forgot to give me my shake at the window first, and the person bringing the order outside also forgot it.
So the next time you want me to pull forward, the answer is “No. You’re too stupid to get the order correct if I help you lie to your employer.”
Came in late 9pm small staff of 3 but one was leaving they all greeted us as we came in they were every polite. The restaurant was clean, food was amazing. They even fixed what I messed up with out saying a word cause I just assumed all chicken sandwiches come with mayo they don't. Keep us entertained while waiting on our food answering question we had about the area. Will definitely be coming back here.
Dirty and the workers were loud and discussing there mediation they were on.. probably the reason the food was so sloppy..
The food is not what it used to be. I got mine cold, and the roast beef was dry. The best part of the sandwich was the bun. I think it is overpriced for what you get. The fries are always cold and unappealing. They had to be thrown out. Don't recommend takeout or drive thru. At least the dine in can be fixed, not that you should have to.
The drive thru has been busy since opening. Handicap parking is hard to get to with drive thru line blocking it & it’s hard to get other customers to let people in & out. My food was great but that was after I picked up all my fries from my seat as the bag busted at the bottom before I got off the parking lot.
