Was not a good experience. Came in at 8 ish, met with the cashier chatting on her phone, and felt unwelcomed because we came in later than most would. Half the dining area was blocked off with mop buckets, which gave the feeling we weren't welcomed to dine in. Food was cold, fries were old, and the cashier just kept getting louder on her phone. Anyone on their phone working food service should be FIRED on the spot. That is very unsanitary! I will NOT be coming back here!
I ordered doordash last night around 10-11pm and when it came, my order was not correct. Being 8months pregnant I was overly hungry and utterly devastated. I called Arby’s and Kyla apologized and went above and beyond to get me my correct order promptly, along with some extra sides for the inconvenience. She even threw in a card to receive my next order free. She was incredibly helpful and the food was flawless. I was relieved and impressed by her quick acting and perfect resolution of the matter.
Person waiting on us was obviously sick! Coughing while taking our order and giving change. Please have your employees sanitize hand if they feel they must come to work sick.
Went in for a door dash pick up. Manager was extremely rude and short. Had all of what was pictured on the counter for 10+ mins, screams food poisoning to me.
Always love me some Arby's... Not a whole lot can go wrong here as all my food has been great and the Staff has always been kind even when under pressure. Love the Gyro meal, curly fries with the side of apple pie and jalapeno poppers yum!!!
This was the rib eye sandwich. Wrapped in generic foil/paper. The sandwich was stuck to the paper so bad I had to spend 10 minutes picking paper off that was stuck to it. It was about the size of your normal slider. After about two bites i hit something burnt inside that didn't belong on the sandwich and threw it away. Please do better Arby's.
Super busy this evening. I am very thankful for those who are working. I have worked in fast food chains. Very difficult work. Thank you everyone. Eating my sandwich, I noticed the bacon was missing. I asked only for some bacon. The manager had a new sandwich made. Then I looked at the tag on the sandwich wrap. I think was a misunderstanding- I did not want any bacon ranch dressing, it was interpreted as no pepper bacon. Much understanding with miscommunication during these superiorly busy times. They were busy like this for hours! Thank you so much for working so hard!
Service is always stellar, food is great 9 times out of 10. It's pretty spendy though, especially compared to other fast food. Also, drive through ambience is perfect lol. I've never been inside :)
