Well I was craving some Arby's Roast Beef and decided to go to this location because it was closest to the gas station ⛽ that I had just filled up at on Ford road. It was my first time in this location and I enjoyed the building's inside layout. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer have the beef and cheddar ???? sandwich that I love so much. (At least according to the staff member who I spoke to.) But I ordered two with American cheese ???? and they were Okay. (That's why I gave the food the rating that I did.). I had a Delicious Apple ???? turnover for dessert and had Iced Tea as my beverage. Overall, it was a good lunch with a very polite and helpful staff. Mask are optional at this time.

It's fiveish in the afternoon I came here to get dinner for the family and the only person in this whole store busting their butt and showing any kind of motivation was the manager. Don't get me wrong the staff was nice they were friendly but they lack motivation completely walking around taking her sweet time. I waited 15 minutes before anybody even took my order. I would give this restaurant all zeros but it's not the manager's fault and I think the manager's name was Ashley so kudos to you.
Ordered four regular roast beef sandwich, waited 35 minutes before wanting a refund and then had to wait another 15 before i could leave. Watched them several my order to a half dozen other customers before I finally left.
The place was dirty and the employees were just aimlessly wandering around pretending to look busy. The only person working was the manager.
I grew up in Dearborn and would come to this location all the time growing up. I even worked here when I was only 16 . I did an online order came to get it inside waited At the counter for about a good ten minutes before somebody Finally noticed me. The young man that was working the drive through had to assist me as well as do the drive through
The fries were cold. The cheese sticks were okay .the dining room drink station needed a stock and clean the lemonade machines look disgusting something.sad to see this location like this.
Every time I order from here something is wrong, or forgotten. 4 times they have forgotten the au jus sauce for my French dip, and like 3 times they've forgot my sides. This time it's from station k01 order number 196 and both happened.
I ordered online and went to pick up my order. I waited 15 minutes for my order. I got home with my order and none of it was correct. We ordered 3 combo's and all of the sandwiches were wrong. I called and told them and they told me to come back and they would have it replaced. When I got there, I had brought back the food except for one sandwich that my son started to eat. The manger told me that she couldn't replace that sandwich. She argued with me and said those are the rules. She had an attitude right from the start. I had to have my husband drive the other partially eaten sandwich back to the store. The manager was terrible! Very unprofessional! I will never come back to this store.
It seems like every time I come to this location it's always something. I placed an online order tonight. Went there to pick it up. The lobby was open when I walked in. They couldn't find my order... then tell me they have no beef. I ask to be refunded for my online order and they said they have no control over that and I would have to call support. I personally will never go back to this Arby's. One in Taylor is so much better never have a issue with them..
I ordered the 2 for 6$. The drive through worker says 11$. I so I pull up and tell them, "hey its 2 for 6$" she said sorry I am new. I hand her my card and I am still charged 11$. I mention it again when she comes back with the food and says I know "so I gave you an extra item".
A few things here. She knew she was going to charge me the incorrect amount then planned on giving me fries to compensate?
Also, the fries are like a dollar something which doesn't cover what I was over charged. This happens often when I randomly decide to go here. I cannot recommend this place.
