I am fully disabled. I get ONE CHANCE a month to eat some good food when I get paid, after that I can't afford anything. I pick Arby's because it's my favorite fast food. And this is what you do to me? Ridiculous... That's supposed to be a regular roast beef and a regular chicken sandwich... Google what it's supposed to be like... Added my girlfriend's sandwich, she didn't want to show it to me because she knew I was a little irritated but... Unbelievable..... That's a twelve dollar sandwich....
Arbys is one of my favorite places to grab a quick fresh bite. This one was absolutely terrible. My daughter and I barely got any meat on our sandwiches and our medium fry might as well of been a small. Sandwiches were also slapped together. Their drive thru was slow and no dine in so there isn’t any excuse. Also, drive thru service could’ve been a lot better.
They left their "drive thru only" (probably an accident) sign lit during the day when the dining room was actually open with a cashier just standing there doing nothing inside waiting on nobody while drive through is slow and suffering. Every other fast food doesn't even have indoor cashiers anymore they have kiosks and if u stand at the counter someone eventually comes to take your order. If your short staffted then do that so drive through is faster. My Reuben had the least amount of meat I've ever had on an arbys sandwich and it was 12 dollars and came with a medium drink and fries. Rip off. Not sure if Reubens can be ordered with different amount of meat but the base level is unacceptable. Terrible experience today from the premium fast food joint ????
Well I guess it's my fault but went back to this joke of a store. Out of 2 meals and 2 sandwiches they forgot the following 1 order of cheese sticks, 1 large curly fry 2 large drinks, and made the wrong sandwiches. This isn't the first time, it's atleast the 5th time this year. This place should be shut down until management learns how to train, and employees learn how to fulfill an order.
Had a late night order just before close and they still took my order with gratitude and kindness, we had a slight wait since they just dropped fresh fry's for us and we were already fine with waiting, but instead of just letting us sit there they asked us if we'd like a complimentary cookie and they kept light non personal conversation and kept us happy, I'd come back based off this experience, and I would recommend since this location hasn't let me down thus far and I've been stopping in since the Early 2000s keep up the good work. Also corporate should give the lady with the black hair working the window and mic and whomever else was there the night of august 11th 2024 a raise/bonus you guys did great keep it up!!!! ????????????????????????????????????????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Waited for almost 15 minutes for dine in food, when I got it it turned out my curly fries were freezer-burned/hard as a rock. Inedible. The sandwich was fine. The restaurant had a 1/4 of a radio station tuned with loud static over the speakers. Would’ve been much better without a radio. Dining room was clean.
somehow got plastic in my food was still good but kinda weird which i started chewing on plastic
Horrible, horrible service from this location. It's sad because a lot of us that work in the outlet mall would go there and lately it's been nothing but rude employees and a excessive amount of time when there's nobody in front of you to get your meal .
But really it's just the rude, nasty employees especially the ones working the drive-thru tonight 11/11/24
So sad . If you don't like your job find something else.
