The food was still hot and tasty, so the back of the house is doing something right. The lobby is seriously lacking. The condiment area was filthy, lids and paper cups for sauces were empty and not maintained. When asked for sauce cups the employee( who was standing around with an other employee playing on phone.) should have noticed the other areas that needed attention and restocked the rest as well. The tables had trash all over them. As we ate our meal we watched all the front of the house just standing there doing nothing. I don’t usually post reviews or make complaints, however; in this situation there needs to be attention drawn to the serious lack of management and work ethic. Again we love Arby’s and it’s our go to when in the city and the food was still delicious. Just unappealing to eat good food in a disgusting environment.
The store was absolutely filthy dirty. The customer service was terrible. None of the employees had hair nets on and to top it off. My food was cold, and there was hair in it. See photo.

Waited in the line almost for 15 mins.Insanely slow service.
Over the summer, my drum corps stopped at this gas station, and a lot of us swamped this Arby's. Despite it being a short-staffed night shift, they still managed to pump out almost everyone's food before we had to be back on our busses. For those of us who had left without our food because of our report time for busses, the staff went out of their way to run the abandoned food that was finished after we left the building out to our busses. I will forever be grateful for the kindness that shift demonstrated to us. (This was the night shift for July 3rd/morning shift for July 4th)
I ordered orange and jamocha shakes here. The girl named Jocelin took my order. Very nice young lady. Clean location.
Everytime I order food here, it's always a disaster. Through delivery or drive thru, we always end up with something wrong with our order. Recently we ordered through doordash for 2 beef and cheddar, one being a meal. They apparently didn't put the effort to read the order because we didn't get anything we order besides the drinks. Both sandwiches were wrong and no fries with our meal. Every employee we ran into are always grumpy and give horrible customer service. I've gone to this Arby's for years and it's become the worst Arby's I've ever experienced.
Went there and we got our food decently fast the lady giving us our food was kinda grumpy and not very friendly but when we were missing a sandwich so we went back in and they had 3 homeless people passed out on drugs acting very strange and making our family not feel safe but they gave us our sandwich. When we got in the car and were eating it the meat in our sandwiches was very chewy and the bread was soggy. Won’t be coming back unless some big changes happen.
Great visit. Very kind staff, they were attentive and made my food to order! Nothing was cold, everything was hot and amazing. Thank you.
