We came in with a large group. AJ and the crew were absolutely top notch. Customer service above and beyond most places, let alone for a fast food restaurant.
Just went through the drive-thru at 1:45 in the afternoon, and the curly fries I received were old and so dark... definitely not their best! They weren't even busy! It's so frustrating when food is so pricey that you don't receive fresh food.
I placed an online order everything was good except I got screwed on my medium fries! Like how long are these places going to get away with this!!
Jennifer is so unbelievably nice. She is always positive, welcoming and friendly. I did not realize they closed 15 minutes from when I got there.I thought it was an hour and fifteen minutes.... Not one time did she seem irritated or make me feel uncomfortable as I got a to go for my son..
Every time im there she is very nice...which you don't see too often anymore in that industry...so thank you!!!
While ordering, before we could even finish, the Arby's associate was very pushy. They insisted and kept persisting that we do the 2 for 6 deal when we didn't. They sat and explained pricing multiple times after we refused it MULTIPLE TIMES!!!! Then when we finished our order, they added extra red ranch and charged an extra 50c for cheese so we got the 2 for 6 deal, and never even added the cheese. Before we finished ordering they were like "alright! Pull forward..". They had us repeat things multiple times and made us wait 10mind before receiving food when it wasn't busy. I didn't appreciate the service again and probably would be lucky I'd step foot on that property again.
We had a large group and A.J. went above and beyond in customer service!!! He made our trip very special! If he isn't a manager he should be ????
The quality at this standish store is still good quality. I'm unlucky if I have to resort to fast-food for a meal, and when the quality is terrible I'll say so. This Arby's is worth it if you're traveling and need to eat. The dining area is clean.
The wait in line wasn't bad, food was nice and hot, people were very friendly and kind
