My fish could be cooked a whole lot longer and the fries too. I ordered crinkle cut fries with one order and got curly that was cooked but not long enough.I will do that at home. Asked for tartar sauce and got two for my Two 5 piece chicken. I am gonna say since it is Sunday but it Should Not matter
Some employees are respectful & friendly others are rude & sarcastic. Not a variety of pleasant music. Milkshakes are great, fried Mac balls, roast beef sandwiches, chicken salad sandwich are all good. They have done like other restaurants smaller product too high prices. GREED IS RUNNING RAMPID AMONGST FAST FOOD PLACES. ????
I went up there and the employees there were terrible at taking orders. They got my order wrong twice and as I parked I went to unwrap my sandwich, which I ordered a roast beef brown sugar bacon which not did it not look like the sandwich but didn’t even bother to add bacon on there. The manager and one other employee there were nice and tried to make sure my order was correct but the others did a terrible job.
Update: the interior has been updated and it's much nicer inside.
This is an old building, which makes it feel dirty. But it was quite clean. The restrooms and dining room were well kept. I think it needs updating, though. There's a lot of fast food joints in this one area and anything updated will always get more business. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The guy getting my fries dropped the fry scoop and he went to wash it before using it again. So happy he took the time to do things the right way. I ordered the Italian meatball sub and beef and cheddar sandwich. Both were made neatly, without sauce dripping. They were hot and fresh. Great flavor for both. Their curly fries are always good and taste even better when dipped in the Arby's sauce. I ordered a medium combo and the drink is a larger sized medium. Good value. They offer more things than just roast beef, I really like the variety here.
I love Arby's! But this one is horrible. The final straw was tonight. Got home and my sandwich, expensive sandwich, wasn't in the bag. Ordered a x-large curly fry...There was a 1/4 filled bucket of burnt small fries that tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in months. Get it together guys.
Ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich and I waited almost 15 minutes for my food and I got a dried up knot of roast beef instead.BRISKET!
Tried to call restaurant but the phone is OFF! I was also missing my donation fries!
They are absolutely fantastic people! Went in the other day, I think her name was Shareese, she was absolutely outstanding! The cook was funny, and the one taking my order, one with short red/brown hair, she is amazing with her jokes, I think her name is Luke! I would definitely come back again!
I haven't gotten home yet to check my order.. LOL! But I have to say customer service was amazing! My husband was so annoying saying the order via Drive Thru but the woman taking his order was so patient and made sure to repeat it back multiple times to make sure she understood correct. We ordered mozarella sticks and was offered a deal that we didn't know about which saved us $5. We had to then pull up and wait. The other employee (man) that came out to give us the food was so pleasant. He greeted us nicely and was just so nice and pleasant. If my food is wrong I won't even be mad. LOL!
Editing my review to add: I got home and order was absolutely PERFECT! I will always go to this location!
