Clean and empty. Lack of service and help at desk. Typical fast food experience where employees are more focused on drive thru than in store experiences. Guess is the new norm as doordash and order mobile to go takes over may as well shrink these to cooking facilities probably the long term plan industry wise anyhow
Truly haven't been more disgusted than this experience. Sandwich wrapper had a plastic glove used for food prep wrapped up inside it. Cannot get ahold of the store after calling for 10 mins. Out on my money here so hope I can save someone else the trouble.
Ordered 2 Big Cheesy Bacon burgers, 2 mozzarella sticks, and an order of 8 jalepeno bites at around midnight. Did not recieve the jalepeno bites, tried to reach out to the store but nobody answered. The 2 burgers were cooked medium at best. My girlfriend ate a few bites of hers, could be sick from this. Luckily, I didn't. Would have rather waited an extra 10 minutes than have undercooked meat.
if i could give this review 0 stars, i would. i ordered a chicken sandwich and took a bite into the sandwich and it tasted absolutely disgusting like it was old or something. i don’t know why the meat looked like that but i was gagging for more than an hour. come on now.
I use to like this location but lately it's just bad here. Service has gotten slow, prior visit fries were old (a first). But today as we can see I sat in this slow line ordered a medium jamocha shake, asked when I seen it in the window did they make vanilla that that's not what I wanted. Employee confirm no it's the jamocha flavor it's "just light" I take it and head home. This shake has no flavoring what so ever what did I pay for?
Been sitting here for ten minutes now while employees come out and smoke back to back. This is a DoorDash problem for people who make money this way.
I reached the voice box and the guy goes, whenever your ready and I say I’m here for so and so… and he goes hold on… gets back to me and goes ohhh you still here… like yeah you told me to wait…
Forgot my sauce for my French dip. And paid 50 cents extra for cheddar I never got. Mind you after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Place has gone so down hill.
Learn to make orders right, train your staff, treat your customers better, this store is a mess and the parking lot is literal death trap for a front end of a car oh and answer your phone. Does anyone even run this store?!
