Best WLM Reviews

Food here was okay... not the best Arby's I've had, not the worst. The bread tasted a bit stale. Otherwise, the young lady was pleasant enough when taking our order and we didn't have to wait too long. It was a quick dinner while traveling through the area, so all in all not a bad experience.
Today was the 2nd time I have been to this location where they were out of roast beef. 'we've been really busy' the woman said in a rather short tone. While I can understand being out between say, 3 to 4pm, when you are between meal rushes, being out of roast beef at 1:30 is not the greatest look, especially when that is the staple item. I work food service, I understand things happen, I didn't become reproachful, but that attitude and this being the 2nd time this has happened in a few months (and I arrived at 12 noon last time, not even what would be considered later for a lunch rush) means I probably won't be coming back here. Unfortunate.
It's not busy, it's Tuesday night, somehow I'm sitting in my car waiting 20 minutes for 1 sandwich, fries and Mac n cheese bites... miraculously I walk in and they've had it ready, just been too stupid and busy grab assing to bring it out to me.
Ordered food online... Food was ready... Fries were cold and French Dip was missing au jus sauce which is a disappointment. 3 for $5 was a great deal for kids
We got some food late at night, on drive thru, and David was really friendly and food was freshly made
Admittedly, I don’t get to Arby’s as often as I used to, but I still like to go from time-to-time, and when I went today I learned they no longer have a “Ham-n-Cheese” sandwich! Very sad! I’ve been getting Ham-n-Cheese sandwiches at Arby’s for years — until now. The restaurant was clean, but the staff was less than happy to be at work, to say the least. The manager dude was cool; especially when he hooked me up with a custom Ham-n-Cheese, but it was like pulling teeth to get it! I also noticed that the good ol’ fashioned delicious buns are no longer being used — also disappointing! Overall, not a horrible experience, but not wonderful either!
Oh, one more thing, the HV/AC unit, or something, was making a repetitive deep bass noise that drove my wife and I absolutely crazy — PLEASE stop the droning noise — grrrrrrr!
My food was great and the ladies we experienced were nice but this restaurant looks like it's falling apart. I feel like contacting Arby's corporate, as the nice employees deserve a nicer restaurant to work at and as a Arby's lover, I expect some consistency when I stop in on a road trip. If you can look past the dilapidated, dated dining area, it's a normal Arby's.
The food was good and was fresh, but the service was not great. We walked in to dine in and were the only customers in the restaurant. Despite this, we were fully ignored for a while by at least 3 employees, no “I’ll be with you in a minute” or anything, until the lady taking orders at the drive thru finally came over to take our order. This was despite another employee being right there by the front registers when we walked in. Which I get she might work in the back and not on the registers, but a simple “hi there, so and so will be with you in a moment” would have been super simple and appreciated. It seemed like they were prioritizing drive thru orders over dining room orders.
But like I said, the food was hot and fresh and tasted good, it’s just the service that was lacking.
