Monday, July 1st. We got there kind of late, almost 9:00 pm. Only two or three employees on duty. Counter register was shut down. Dining room drink fountain also shut down. The gentleman who took our order was courteous and seemed organized. He wrote our order down and rang it up through the drive-thru register. Our meal was ready in a reasonable time and was only missing two things from the tray. A side of cheese in a cup, which ended up being on the serving counter where the kitchen places the food to be served, and a fork for the loaded fries. Another two couples came in after us and seemed to have a similar experience. The counter employee did make a couple of rounds to see if anyone needed a refill or anything else. There was already a couple of other diners in the restaurant and one additional patron visited while we were there. It was overall a good experience.
Ate here many times, food is always good, comes out fast; and employees not rude. Not sure why it's always dead but I never have to wait in line and that's awesome.
I rate it a 5/5 on a fast food scale. Food is consistently good and the service is as well. If you get the app they have good specials and there is food that is not necessarily "bad" for you.
One of the best Arbys i have been to. Food is always cooked very well and employees all seemed to be happy working there.
This is probably the nicest Arby's I've ever been in. The center with the tree in the middle brings a lot of nostalgia from the 90s I actually don't think this building has changed much since and the employees were very nice

Waited inside for 45 min. The orders were being taken by only 1 person who was incredibly slow at his job.
