I went to Arby’s today to get 2 family meals for and my parents to go before my father departed for a trip overseas. The atmosphere inside was cozy and the Victoria, the employee who helped take my order was kind and excellent! All together, there were 2 roast beef sandwiches, 2 beef & cheesy’s, 4 6-piece chicken nuggets, 4 regular crinkle fries and 4 regular curly fries. We initially ate 2 of the 6-piece chicken nuggets, 1 roast beef sandwich and 1 of each of the fries for lunch. The nuggets were alright and between the 2 types of fries, I find the crinkle fries better and less sodium compared to the curly. After checking in my dad’s luggage at the airport, we had dinner finishing the remaining sandwiches and another 1x each of the fries. My parents also had good things to say regarding the sandwiches and similar sentiments regarding the fries. Overall, a great deal in terms of fast food in a short time notice as well as 5-Star customer service!
Sat in the drive through for over 15 minuets while the lady kept telling the people in front of us she had a “lobby full of people” there were 2 other cars in the parking lot, service has gotten SO bad we drove off on our last attempt at getting drive through service. Am contemplating it now.. just want to see how long it takes to serve the car in front of me.. going on 30 mins now.. pitiful service to say the least
I love Arby's and the times I been to this one the food has always been great.
Waited 15 minutes to be told we’re out of roast beef
Went through the drive thru, very quick, and the staff is super friendly!!
They didn't pay any attention to what I ordered, my classic half pound beef n cheddar had no cheese or sauce even though it was suppose to.
I ran in to pick up an order on 4/2/24 in the afternoon, the kids working there were so polite & professional. You don't get a lot of customer service at fast food restaurants anymore. These kids were spot on though????. Just wanted to hopefully let the Mgr know this.
I went in and I ordered my food and the cashier had even repeated what I had said but my order came back shy one item and then the cashier argued with me as I understand she didn't have a 100% accuracy with the English language but she did have 90% of it the 10% was just a Hispanic accent and she had repeated everything I ordered just as I ordered it but didn't try to correct the mistake
and try to pick an argument with me so I walked away I ate my food and I left
