$9 for a burger that was not even made right!
to pay $9 for a burger with no fries or drink is high. add that the burger didn’t match my order and it was so filled with the gross sauce that it litterally ran all over like soup (see photo) it is a pass. sorry arbys bad burger
update: the burger was so RAW - actually went back and returned it!
I have not eaten at Arby's in 40 years I did not like it then but went with a friend today. It was so good. They have any kind of burger you could imagine and a lot more to I will return to Arby's again and I won't wait 40 years
Short on English speaking staff, guy working drive thru also only employee working front counter for English speaking customers. No lids or condiments out on condiments counter. Dining room area needed serious attention, floors were dirty, trash on floor, tables needed wiping down. The one employee I interacted with was super nice, and apologetic. He was doing the best he could under the conditions, ownership needs to do better.
Usually it's fairly calm sometimes it is packed, only one close enough to me worth the trip lol I've been coming here since i was 9 occasionally it is not as fresh but it is always good
Barely acceptable. IDK if the chain has just gone downhill or if it's just the two I've gone to lately. Greasy fries and roast beef. Dirty tables. REALLY Chelsea drink station. We won't be back.
You can't beat the $6 for two Arby's Roast beef sandwiches!
Fresh and so good with the Arby's sauce . You can get Horseradish sauce on the side to take it up a notch.

Took an actual 8 minutes standing at the counter before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Only 2 other customers in the store. Food was okay.
Saw an employee sleeping in a booth.
Good service, consistent taste, fresh. They have the meats. (I don’t usually like promoting fast food joints but they’re arguably the best Arby’s in the area and they don’t mess up on orders as much.)
