Been here many times as we live close by and it’s on our way home from work and it’s usually fine. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days. Our order included large curly fries and, as you can see from the pictures, we got a half filled container. Zero quality control and zero regard for customer satisfaction. Objectively, I did not receive what I paid for.
Lack-luster… Underwhelming… Uninviting… Disappointing.. These are words that best disrobe this location. The roast beef sandwich was as bad as it looks in the picture. Now, in all of my reviews I maintain a simple review policy. Honesty. This $17.19 for a pathetic sandwich, stale curly fries and a drink? WOW!! Arby’s you have the meats and the GREED! The staff had ZERO personality and looked like they were half asleep… No, welcome to Arby’s… No good afternoon! Nothing! The Gyro was chewy and lacked flavor… The tiny classic roast beefs were 2 for $7… Crazy! Now I know why there was 0.. No one, zip, zilch, people standing in line to order for.. It’s lunch time on a Saturday!! On a busy street intersection… It becomes clear.. $38 later.. BAD CHOICE!!!
The staff were friendly and there’s not much else to say. It’s Arby’s, you know what you’re getting. Clean presentation, adequate food, good prices.
Great fast food choice. The staff here are all very good — friendly and helpful. Manager Megan is especially great. She’s always cheerful and positive and has a lot of energy!
Good food but way too expensive for what you get. It use to be good size stuff but not now. Enjoy paying $$
The love Arby's I like the flavor of the roast beef in the all of their sandwiches are really good they used to have one of the very best BLT sandwiches. I must admit I really like the Arby's sauce but I think that the ingredients are a total energy zapper
I mean atmosphere is relative, right? But I gotta say - I haven't been to an Arby's in years, Im really impressed by not only the quality of the food but also the cleanliness of the restaurant on top of the service being perfect, the employees remembered my name and everything.
I enjoyed my crispy chicken sandwich and my "host," on my receipt, Megan had a nice, refreshing energy about her. The sandwich was what I was looking for, a decent crisp on top a good flavored chicken and that's what I got, not disappointed. Only reason for disappointment was how there wasn't support for contractors contactless payment method, I feel like that was a big movement of 2020 that they missed out on.
