Best WLM Reviews
I’ve now eaten here twice while traveling to and from Portland, the staff is friendly and hardworking. Other than the dining room needing a little bit of an update this location is hands down one of the best for customer service, hot and tasty food.
I’ve eaten at a lot Arby’s in different states and this location has impressed me. Each time I’ve visited they had a high volume visitors but each time I have been greeted quickly and served correctly, given that the crew is working hard to serve everyone at these peak times. When I am in the area again I will definitely be visiting this location again.
This is the second time I've eaten at this location, and will probably be the last. Service was okay. Just okay. The food was not hot. There were four of us and everything was only warm. It's the level of cleanliness that was the real kicker. Tables were sticky and dirty, the soda machine area was covered in soda, the condiments dispenser was out of some and dirty. Could have been a rush before we arrived but it was like that the first time too. And the ladies room, best to skip it is as kind as I can be. Do better Topsham Arby's.
Every table was dirty, guy cooking the fries looked like he hadn't washed his hair in weeks, went to get a soda from the in restaurant soda machine and a large dead bug fell out of the nozzle and was floating in my soda. Yup pretty bad!!
I went today and the Franchise Owner was there working the front register. Very pleasant and everyone was in a great mood. Food was quick, accurate (although they did call me Keith ????), and delicious. My go to fast food place in Topsham.
If we are driving anywhere near an Arbys... we are going to stop and eat. During a road trip up north, we stopped at Arby's in Topsham for lunch. My kiddos ordered classic roast beef sandwiches and curl fries. I ordered a beef gyro sandwich and curly fries. Everything was delicious, and it had me excited to come back again. We sat in the restaurant to eat, and it was clean and cozy.
The service was good and prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean. I have never been a fan of the roast beef here but I was looking forward to trying something new because of the commercials, unfortunately they did not have what I wanted. I tried the French dip, it wasn't really any different than the roast beef and the au jus was lacking flavor. The jalapeño slicer was pretty decent, loaded with some horsey sauce. The curly fries were not hot either.
This is my go to place when I am in the area
Food, service, and dining experience is top notch. A must if you enjoy fast food.
Food quality has been sliding downhill, while prices have increased; but it's still Arby's. The employees are typically friendly so I gave an extra star.
