I got a BBQ Bacon Burger and it wasn't fully cooked, didn't noticed till it was almost gone. Also, didn't get any bacon. Very disappointing ????
I had the French dip with au jus, crinkle cut fries and a salted caramel cookie. All were as expected, delicious, and filling.
Onion rings are no longer available, I was unable to use the Arby's app for a discount on a Reuben no matter how many times I reinstalled it. Kudos to the employee who tried to repeatedly to help me with the app.
Ordered 2 of the new chicken nuggets and 2 crinkle fries. Was told there'd be a 6 min wait on the chicken, I said ok. Paid, pulled forward and waited. When he brought the bag out he said "be careful the fries are hot". Well, only one was hot. The other was disgustingly old and greasy. The chicken nuggets where possibly old, I'm not sure. They were hot but tough, dry and small with barely any meat. Just completely gross.
Fine lunch whilst visiting Springdale on my LAST GREAT ROAD TRIP on September 30, 2021. Excellent food, friendly people.
My beef'n cheddar barely had any cheddar, and the fries were so salty we couldn't finish. Will say the dining room was clean, but will be a while before I'll be back.
I have visited twice within the last week to use meal coupons. Upon the first visit, I had to wait nearly ten minutes for "fresh" chicken nuggets that were overcooked, dried -out, and had mostly the crispy breading. Pretty much inedible. Had asked for one bbq and one honey mustard sauce- received two ranch.
The fries upon both visits tasted like they were cooked in very old oil, and I couldn't enjoy them either time.
It just sucks that when I'm on a budget and expecting a semi-decent meal after work that I feel like I've wasted my time and money.
I always prefer the Lowell location off Monroe/Dixieland. They make the menu items exactly how they should be, and never disappoint.

I see you responded, and since I can not reply to a response I will say that I have already shared my opinions about the restaurant already with my direct review. If you could please share that with the team in question, that would be great. I already addressed my concerns with my review and receipt questionnaire. Thank you.
I was actually impressed with the limited time offer for the beer cheddar and double beef sandwich!! It not only filled my belly, but it had me wanting more; even though I was stuffed!! I came in wanting the garlic butter steak, but I was persuaded in a different direction and I'm glad I made the change.
