Best WLM Reviews

Stopped in while I was up there for work. The staff was friendly and greeted us quickly, they where quick with taking our order and getting our food out to us quickly. The food was really good, one of the best Arby's we have been to in a long time. Great food, great service, and very clean location.
I recently had the chance to stop by the Arby’s on Iron Springs in Prescott, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, largely thanks to Daniel, the general manager. The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a positive experience.
What really stood out to me was how Daniel handled a particularly challenging situation. While I was enjoying my meal, I overheard a customer yelling at him from the drive-thru. Despite the harsh words and tone from the customer, Daniel remained calm, composed, and professional throughout the entire interaction. It's not easy to stay level-headed in such circumstances, but Daniel managed it with grace, ensuring that the customer was heard while maintaining the efficiency of the service for everyone else.
This level of composure and dedication to customer service is rare, especially in fast food, and it made a strong impression on me. Daniel clearly leads by example, and it shows in how the staff operates—everyone was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food, as always, was fresh and prepared just right, but it was the outstanding service that made this visit memorable.
Daniel's ability to handle tough situations while keeping the restaurant running smoothly is a testament to his leadership skills. It’s not just about serving food; it’s about ensuring every customer has a positive experience, and Daniel excels at that. I’ll definitely be returning to this Arby’s, knowing it’s in such capable hands.
Go to arby's for lunch and they do not have roast beef. They don't bother telling you that until they ring you up and take your money very rude today. Service, it was the worst I've ever had. As for refund, kid didn't even want to apologize or ask if he could swap it.We'll never go there again
Genuinely disappointed in the assistant manger that works here. Uncalled attitude while my Fiance and I were ordering our food.
We were the only people who got any type of attitude from him while ordering.
While all the elder people that came in he was respectful towards which was amazing! He greeted them and even told them to have a great day as they were leaving.
But just because we are young doesn't give you the rights to be rude for no reason. We even showed respect towards you even when you rolled your eyes because the order needed a slight alterations. If you don't like you job then don't work there.
I may be young but not once have ever treated anyone differently just because they were older or younger.
Do better and treat EVERYONE with the same respect.
Also clean your lobby you have spider webs in the windows.
Stopped in tonight to pick a up a quick dinner, used the drive thru. Attempted to order multiple times while being told by the clerk thst he couldn't hear me, so I finally raised my voice to an ample level to place my order. At the window the young clerk starts berating me for "yelling at him" and then and when I questioned his actions his "shift manager" told me I was out of line, wouldn't give me a number for the manager or owner, wouldn't give me a number for corporate and when I tried to scan the qr code to "share my experience" the shift manager proceeded to lie to me saying that qr code was for potential employment. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never eat at this location ever again.
This Arby's is like a lesbian with a mullet. Kinda pretty in the front, sort of messed up in the back (see the drive thru), and there's just too much carpet. But hey, it's Arby's, at least the curtains aren't roast beef.
Ironically, this "manager" (Dawson) that has been complained about a month ago is unbelievably still there?!?! To have someone employed in a manager role as utterly CLUELESS and sans of any remote form of customer service skills is a representation not only to the owner of this location but of the brand itself! Corporate was contacted. Hopefully, this individual gets the needed training PROMPTLY and/or be shown the door.
Got the French dip and Swiss….not impressed with how tiny it was and the sad serving of meat…realistically it was no where near worth the money. Not sure what happened, I used to have to dip corner by corner and pick up pieces of meat that fell out. Now I can probably put both halves in the dip at the same time.
