Very good customer service, the woman taking our order was very nice. I got the brisket sandwich and it was good, but it was cold, so that was a bummer. It tasted really good though. The curly fries were also good, but again, they were cold. The strawberry lemonade was very nice! Super nice and sweet and also a bit sour, I liked it a lot. It was also pretty clean inside.
5/18/2024 - The receipt says Rebecca waited on us. When you ask a question, it helps to get a spoken answer instead of ummhmm. Nothing else was said from the girl at the window but pull-up. She didn't even state why. If you want a personable service, this is NOT the restaurant you want with others to chose from very close by. Person brought food to my car acted like she hated life and that she was doing you a favor. She handed us the food and never said a word. Just lost our business from now on.
Stopped by yesterday and ordered curly fries, when we got to the window they said they were out of curly fries and the order hadn’t gone through. Instead of not taking the order they made a fresh batch on the spot!! Great customer service, thanks to whoever was working at the drive thru :)
Ordered a beef and cheddar... when did they start coming on hamburger buns... it's not the same ????
Poor management! Dirty store. The manager was very rude! Went in for a complimentary card for a free sandwich, refused to serve me . Kept the cards for herself. Made me leave the location for no reason! Asked why and treated me like a criminal. I will report her! Very rude for no reason. Lazy employees. Worst manager ever! No wonder they're going out of business! No stars x10!
Had a drive thru experience ????????????????.
The young lady working the window couldn't hear me and she had on a headset, my order took forever to get it and when I got home I've discovered that my order was not what I had paid for.
I specifically order extra meat and sauce repeated it several times at the window after she couldn't hear me through the speaker and yet they fell to do both and the sandwich was cold I would have ate the meat by itself if it wasn't as cold as the rest of the sandwich despicable and disgusting excuse for service at this location. This staff would be the very reason why the franchise will lose customers and money if not shut down all together at this location.
The meat amount on our beef and cheddars was not what was listed on their website as was supposed to be on there we weighed them it was way underweight. We go there a lot The sandwiches were half the size they usually are
absolutely horrible customer service, they kept looking at me and ignoring me, my food is also cold and hard never will come here again.
