Stopped by for a quick lunch and the service was excellent. The woman in drive-through was courteous and friendly. Our food was hot; I tried Chicken Ranch Loaded Fries, which were pretty good. It was a big portion for the price and had plenty of sauce, too.
Stopped here like 10 minutes ago to eat as I am driving from Minnesota to Pennsylvania and as a restaurant worker I always feel bad stopping in restaurants close to closing time, but the entire staff was so nice and caring it was great. I appreciate each one of them, and they made the quick stop for food and sitting somewhere that isn't the car a true highlight. If I could rate it higher I would, love to all that are here tonight (10/14/2024)
So this place is whack. They don't even have their dining room open because of covid STILL ????. Arby's shouldn't be allowed to operate like this because this specific location brings other Arby's down, it makes them look and feel second rate. If you are that short staffed that you can't open the lobby then you might need to get new management because it's been that way for too long. Their parking lot is only full from the methadone clinic behind the restaurant that all the clients park in because besides the few people they have to run the drive thru, there is no one parking in the lot due to the dining room being perpetually closed.
For the place bring a drive thru only, the service should be way faster and streamlined but it is no different than ordering at a packed Arby's on a Saturday evening, so idk. I WOULD recommend Arby's food still- it's good! But I would not recommend this particular location .
Curly fries were cold and stale. Also saw one of the employees tossing old fries back into the deep fryer. Will not return
Got the half pound roast beef, usually comes on a bigger bun, but this was a real small bun, so it was difficult to eat. Service fast and friendly, curlies were fresh.
Not particularly happy. Ordered 6 beef and cheddar sandwiches, 4 large curly fries and some jalapenos poppers for $60 and got home and not a single beef and cheddar sandwich was in the bag. They left the cheese off. This is second time my order has been screwed up. I'm not a 3 strikes kinda guy. I'm done with Arby's. Not worth the hassle for what they charge.
So, I am adding this because today, the day after this happened my wife decided to take the sandwich with her and stopped in to exchange it. When she said she was there the woman that I spoke to in the phone got snotty with her and told her that she had told me that she would take care of it and I had to go and complain anyway!! I really hope this isn't a manager because she is definitely not providing a positive influence for the other employees to follow on how to treat customers!! The mere fact that she would display an attitude towards my wife when I am the one who complained is just wrong!! I like Arby's and we get food from them quite a bit, but this is not a way to treat customers.
My wife stopped on her way home and these are supposed to be two identical sandwiches. The one on the left looks correct but the one on the right has like one slice of brisket!!! Not good people!! After calling them I was told to bring it back and they would make me a new one. I explained that I am disabled and.cannot get back today. She then told me to make sure I bring the sandwich with me when I do go back. Great customer skills!!! Was this all worth $26? I don't believe so!!????
Way to sic a sleazy towing company after your customers. I should say, former customers. We will tell everyone we know not to come here! Be careful parking here, it's very sleazy.
