The last 3 times that I've gotten the bacon, Swiss chicken sandwich has been by far the worst chicken I have ever came across. Why is it rubbery and hard to bite through? And why does the bacon come out looking raw?
Well no one makes the classic roast beef sandwich like Arby's does. When you just want different from the average fast food places yet a nice tasting meal the classic roast beef sandwich fries cherry turnover was just what the Dr ordered ????
The State Street store is great. This store serves garbage in a bag and is seriously unfriendly about it. The management also don't care enough to reach out when you ask them to, to discuss the terrible experience. I've filled out 2 customer surveys from the link the owner sent in the reply. I will not do it a third time.
first time going to the saginaw arbys and it was amazing! the lady who took our order Pat was amazing and very kind to us! would 100% go back!
We most definitely will skip this location from here out!
Staff is super rude, and it only got better when I checked my order (at the window) and informed them we had missing items.
The older man "gave" me the fries, and proceeded to close the window HARD.
and then, there is the mozzarella sticks...
Quiet, food was good, could have been a little cleaner but I think there was only 1 worker.
Tried the new wagyu burger... not too shabby... got some wierd pickles on it... couple of classic beef and cheddars.....drive thru was fast
So i came at Arby's 3/18/24, around 5:15 to 5: 20pm so I ordered double cheddar and I ordered the French dip with swiss. You guys supposed to have the meat but you shorten me on a meat which you did not measure it out the fried was really good so I did not have no problem with the fries. But if I pick a double cheddar and franch swiss with the dipping sauce one u should warm up the the French sauce because that was ice cold two of you have the meat please put it in there when people are supposed to get they're moneys worth oy one sweet manger help me her name is marge i think or Margaret kinda quite, i showed her my food she immediate fixed it right away. I really don't eat out but with her helping with the right portion i wanna go back just to thank her.
