Really clean restrooms at this Arby’s. Also, the outside of this restaurant is gorgeous. The Arby’s team did a fantastic job fitting in with Woodland Park’s aesthetic.
A crispy chicken sandwich, jalapeño poppers, and a strawberry milkshake sure hit the spot after driving the MS Boys basketball team to Buena Vista and back.
Great location. Easy to get to. There were a few problems. The curly fries were over cooked. The roast beef sand paper was ripped and the cheese sauce was all over the place. Almost impossible to eat. They should really consider how the customer will eat the sandwich. It's one thing to be fast. It's another to produce something that's edible.

When first entering the front door, the trash can was over flowing. I got inside again trash and food on the floor and dirty tables. The kitchen staff were all in the back BS'ing, and being loud. The food was cold, and fries were old and stale. Will not be visiting here again
The food was fine but I ordered four sandwiches and asked for sauce and literally got one... Then I went in to ask for more and all of the kids working there stood there like zombies.. unsettling. I'm not impressed. At least food was hot.
I have a severe allergic reaction to dairy to a point where I have to keep an epi pen on me at all times. I very clearly order a roast beef sandwich and about 50% of the time I am given a beef and cheddar. I just waited in line for 30mins for one sandwich with two cars infront of me, just to come home, get the wrong thing, and wait another 20mins. This used to be a common occurrence, then service was pretty good for a while, and it just started happening again.
I went through the drive-through and placed a special order. The young kids who were working were not terribly friendly and they messed up my order.
