No wonder why they have no sales may try to have better team.and the ambience inside the store not good. surrounding smells bad inside and the light that you have its looks like the store was closed by the dull light it look like it was some kind of cold place to visit try to change lights to milk white colour. Like the liquor store next to you they have great lighting in their store inside and outside .
The food was great I was with my friends 3 of us spent like 20-25$ hope you might get what I mean I like the food but not the ambience white lights at the door feels good but not the light inside try change you lights that's it you may notice change in you business sales 10-15% I will be back with this review in 2 week.. any ways I like food but not ????
Awesome experience. The manager was super nice and the staff was phenomenal.
One problem though! BRING BACK THE POTATO CAKES FOR GOOD! Other than that this place is awesome!
I actually worked at this location for about a week. If I was anybody I would not want to eat here. They don't even wash their hands. They leave food in the warmers for hours at a time and then serve it with a straight face. The kitchen is disgusting and they don't clean the warmers. So I wouldn't eat here if I was anyone.
Cleanest Arby's Ive ever seen. Food is usually fresh from here. Sometimes they're out of certain menu items. Service is minus 1 star because they're always short handed here, never seen more than 2 people here and that can be stressful with a front counter, drive thru, restaurant needs, stocking, cooking, order management, etc. The manager here needs to step up or they're gonna lose the good workers they do have.
Only one person was working when I got here, so definitely not his fault that it seemed to take forever to get My food.this man not only was working the drive up window but appeared to be doing everything else as well. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to hire more help immediately. The curly fries I ordered were hard as if left under the heat lamp for too long. The chicken sandwich I ordered too seemed under cooked.they need to fix the issues with this location or shut it down.probably not coming here again unless I'm extremely hungry.
Gentlemen working the drive thru today deserves a raise. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Will definitely be returning to this location because of the pleasant experience I had today
Fast food a bit on the high side for pricing but roast beef is good. Newly updated store. Staff was nice.
The service here is always real nice although I hate that the line is so small at the drive thru and y'all still making me pull up past the window towards the door. My mama gets the 2 for 6 and shared one of her chicken sandwiches w lith me and the chicken was bad like...the texture of a chicken breast was the same as eating a very thick steamed gizzard
