Food was fresh, place was clean. Just an average Arby’s.
Needed a bite and went to this Arby's... Twas very much in keeping with the rest of the franchise stores we've visited.
I had a regular roast beef and curly fries - these never disappoint!
Originally gave 4 stars, but Arby's took the time to thank me for that, so upgrading to a 5 because their social media team cares enough to interact.
I really like Arby's food. Most restaurants are really good and serving its ccustomer's in a timely manner. However, this Arby's has truly slow service. I stop from time to time at this location to run in being on a time schedule but it has never failed to be really slow service. I wait on average 20 to 25 minutes just for a single person order. This time walking in with no one in front of me, I stood at the register 10 minutes before the lady came to take my order then another 15 minutes on a roast beef and small fry. Wish they could speed up just a little. Maybe taco bell across the road will be faster next visit.
Any time I've came to Arby's, it's usually not all that busy, but it takes a long time to get your order taken if you're dining in.. they definitely serve the drive thru a lot faster! Food is always pretty great tho! Love the newly remodeled look, more seating, and a cleaner atmosphere.. new tables and seating, good place overall.. just needs some work on the order fulfillment side of things, but usually always friendly people too
When so many other fastfood restaurants are trying to nickel and dime their customers, Arby's continues to offer affordable deals for families.
This location has particularly great employees who treat the customers like guests instead of burdens.
Love these folks and love the food!
The manager should have listened to his/her staff about a sign. The young girl working was right. When opening late, people will be more patient if they know what's going on. Management @ Rt 81, Exit 98 lost customers today.
Poor attitude from employee. Said it was a to go order and she put my order on a tray. When I reminded her it was to go she spilled half my fries in the counter and didn’t replace them. So I got half my fries. Then didn’t get two of my sandwiches when I checked my bag. Already irritated I didn’t go back in. Get your act together with your employee.
Love the new look. Very cozy! Very clean. Food Great. People friendly. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
