Stopped at drive-thru 10 minutes before closing. Lights still on, but told they were closed. This reminds me of one chain in particular that stays true to their word. Taco Time has served me almost 10 minutes after they were closed, and with a smile ????. Took a little longer, but so worth it. Wish they stayed open later and Arby's closed earlier. Staying true to your word and sometimes going the extra mile leaves a lasting impression.
Isaac has no customer service what so ever. My family and I walked in and waited at the counter, he came up and proceeded to throw the products on the counter at his coworker. He then never said anything and we had to ask if he was ready. While ordering he threw our drink cups on the counter at us and still never said anything. There was no ice in the drink machine. All of the employees were cussing loudly in the back, dropping the f bomb left and right. None of the employees are wearing hair nets.
The food I received was good, but service is always slow and 90% of the time I don't get my full order

Worst Arby's experience I've ever been to. The older lady taking orders was extremely rude. You could very much tell she did not want to be there. Food was ready decently fast, but everything was cold and tasteless. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time.
We went drive thru. Then kept going. The brisket sandwich was great. Freshly prepared. The came to my poppers. It's dark so I open up my bronco berry sauce and took a bite, it was Marinara sauce. Yuck!
Stopped for a quick bite to eat after traveling all day. The food was good, but it took over 20 to 30 minutes to get it. Way too long for a fast food restaurant. There was 4 or 5 other customers waiting too. The restaurant floor was sticky. Staff didn’t seem to care how long it took. Disappointed because I like Arby’s. But, I’ll think twice before stopping at this Arby’s again.
