very sad to say that I ordered the new hamburger waited for about 20 minutes. people after me got served so I went up asked and apparently they had deleted my order without actually making it. joe, I waited for another 10 minutes for them to remake it and didn't even get an apology let alone any type of compensation for me having to wait for over half hour in a fast food restaurant for one hamburger. very sad Dad customer service. is that low at this restaurant. I don't think it's excessive or unfair to expect an apology, let alone an offer of maybe a cookie or a free milkshake or something.
I love the Bacon ???? cheese ???? burger ????. I was leary to order it but it is delicious ????. Also the crinkle fries ???? are great. The staff was so nice. I will and have gone back. Great Ave.
Always room for improvement, food is always good, the crispy fish sandwich was pretty good, piping hot, crispy, we dined in and the place was nice and clean.
Have not been there in a while, and guess what? I think the food HAS gotton a little bit BETTER ????
This is my go to when I'm on the road. It's fast, hot and good. The guy at the drive through was also very nice and a good attitude is always appreciated.
Chains are chains for a reason. This one lived up to expectation. It was my 2 youngest kiddos first time going, as we don’t have one in town, and now they say Arby's is their new favorite!
I have always loved Arby's but man you guys need to hire folks that can actually give customer service. Very bad service almost every time and Noone smiles. Sorry you hate your job but that's not my fault. Just be happy and do your job.
Every time I come here I do not get my full order to me this feels like theft won't be coming back.
