I took advantage of the slider deal. Apparently, for this location, it was a very bad idea. The people at the counter were rude because we ordered "too many" sauces. Every slider looked like the person in the kitchen squeezed them in their fist. There was so much buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken sliders that the smashed bread was very wet and soggy. I ordered a large curly fry, and the container was barely half filled. Very disappointing!
I do understand that they may have been short staffed, but that was no reason to be rude and to mutilate the food I ordered. I will think twice about stopping at this location again. It's such a shame. This location used to have great staff and service. Please consider adding more staff so the people working there have the chance to breathe and provide better service and prep food better.
Haven't eaten at Arby's in a long time.. and I don't know why.. the cheddar beef sandwich with the onion bun.. how did I forget.. was very good . Definitely enjoyed it.
Food still good when my order is correct which hasn't happened my last 2 visits. Not to mention the onion rings ( allergic ) included in my curly fries order.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This restaurant is REGULARLY out of roast beef. The name of the restaurant is Arby's Roast Beef and your tag line is, " We have the meats." Apparently not at this location. Because there was no root beef, I ordered a Reuben sandwich which was short on meat. I won't be back.
Love Arby's Roast Beef sandwiches, wish we had one close by. One was supposed to open up close by but they pulled out in the last minute. So sad ????
There is always an issue with this location I don’t know who is running or owns this location but they always opening late and closing early everyday despite posted hours online and on the building if you can’t operate for business then just do us all a favor and shut down already location could be sooo much better with new management
Stopped here while I was traveling. Fast service and polite staff. Chicken salad was very good!
Definitely this is one of the better Arby's around, food is always hot and the service is always great ????????
