I love Arby's, they have a deal for $7.00 right now but almost everytime they attempt to charge you the original price. Like they ask if you want it large then say $14.95 when you ask them why they make it hella complicated amd have to explain that if you upgrade the $7.00 deal to large then you pay the full price. Then why ask me if I want it large after I ask specificly for the $7.00 offer??
Then I ask for a milk shake which is an uncharged half the time the other half the time they say I can't have the milk shake unless it's separate. Then it's another mini argument where I have to explain to them that they can do it.
Like the $7.00 " Deal" is just a trick to get you there and then change it. Also I have upgraded to a shake multiple times but half the time they say they cannot do that. The whole thing turns into a little mini argument that just isn't worth it.
I would say poor management for not making sure that each shift leader knows how to operate the till.
I got two sandwiches and a cup of water At 7:15 PM. Both sandwiches were completely cold. One of them had a small hair in it. Enough said.
I've always loved the food here, and this new Philly cheese isn't any different. Delicious.
If they serve more carbs, I'll call it 'carbys' get it? Because carb sounds like arb'? Can you pretend I am cool and you are my friend?

Very disappointed in the poor service that I received when going through the drive-through at this particular Arby's. I asked for a toasted bun on my French dip sandwich. They made it a big deal and said it already came toasted and then they purposely sent it out not toasted and the meat was raw. I asked for fresh extra crispy fries and they told me they can only cook fries one way and they will not redo them for me. It took about 25 minutes to get my food, and the person who is taking my order was very impatient and did not want to listen to my order and was very rude. I go to Arby's all over two different states and I never have an issue with either of my requests and for some reason it was a big deal for this particular location. Not only was the neat raw but the sandwich was so cold that the cheese wouldn't even melt.. Unacceptable when im paying $15 for a sandwich and fries.
The chicken tenders must have been under the warmer since lunch. They are dried out and cold. I have good teeth and all 3 pieces were difficult to bite. Didn’t get to eat any of it. The only good thing was the chocolate shake. For a 3 piece chicken meal it was over $10 of wasted money. The person at the window was friendly. All in all a bad end to a bad day.
