I don’t know if ownership or management changed but my last experience was trash. Previous experiences weren’t mind blowing but serviceable. This last experience I ordered 4 sandwiches and received 4 but none of them were what I requested and 2 appeared to be rewarmed. They were chicken sliders with the consistency of a rock you could use to slay a giant. Additionally when getting my food I requested sauce, the gentleman dropped a few sauce packets on the floor accidentally then picked them up a threw directly in my bag. I do not want bacteria packets from off the floor on top of my food.
Horrible food and service! Sat for 20 mins at the “front of the door” for 2 6pc premium nuggets to get nothing but breading … I would not recommend ! Especially if your kids love nuggets and are going here for dinner!
Today I'll give all 5 stars because the nice employee was working the drive thru window today and didn't throw my bag at me. Plus I was greeted and didn't have to wait in line for a half an hour.
I give this Arby's on 95th and Cicero five stars, because the guy who takes orders, used to take orders on the Arby's that closed near 111th and Cicero. I say that also because he is a dedicated employee. I don't know this employees name, but he is a short guy with glasses( Caucasian). Keep up the good work sir!
I got a small curly fry wasn't fresh I asked if they could make another batch they didn't gave me some that has been sitting for awhile and I also got 4 beef and cheddar and the cheddar was skimpy
Going through drive through.
Having a problem with my order manager. Angel was her name. Give me a very hard time. I've been to this restaurant Several times never was treated this way. Try to ask her what was happening , she yelled back. Give me a minute. Not Telling me what was going on. The manager at this place is very rude, very rude. No reason to be treated that way did not bother to tell me at the window. What was going on.
Food as as mid as alot of other Arby's, honestly the lady at the drive thru yelling thru the mic was the part that sucked. I asked for a dip to my order and she repeated it back without saying the last item. I just said and the dip too. And she just yelled saying i already said that. She just sucked kinda ruined a piece of the road trip we were on. Hopefully her day gets worse.
The liquid cheddar cheese tastes so processed. Not sure if I just never really noticed that over the years back when they use to have 5 for $5 beef n cheddar. Also got the 2 for $6 fish sammiches and they were ok. I'll stick with order sammiches w/o the cheese next time or try one of their specialty sammiches instead.
