Gentleman behind the counter was lovely (he was quite distinctive with his pink shirt - they were collecting for a charity that day), and he was very attentive making sure the tables were kept clean and the place looked spick and span as they say. Food was served up very quickly and I always make a pint of visiting an Arbys when I am in the USA simply because it is a break from burgers!!!!
Friendly fast and good food.
The help Tirzah at the front counter was sweet and patient with the order couple in front of me which I appreciate. She was then very nice and good with me. The food was served quick and was good. The front room was clean and well kept. All in all you deserve a good job team. It is rare to find a fast food place that takes pride in the job and store. I highly recommend this store!
Went during a slow period. All the staff was focusing on the drive thru. Took like 10-15 minutes before someone even came to take my order at the front register.
When I did get my food, the fries and sandwich were cold.
The restaurant was very clean and had some decent/funny Halloween decorations.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My mother and I sat in line for 15 mins behind 2 other cars because whoever was in charge of manning the drivethru wasn’t taking the orders in a quick manner. Finally when we got up to the speaker it took 5 minutes before my mom blew the horn to get their attention to finally get them to serve us just to say we had an online order. Food is delicious as always, but the service has been terrible here at this location lately probably over the past year but tonight was the worst it’s ever been. They either need to hire an efficient number of people to serve their customers or train their staff better because this definitely wasn’t FAST food. This is the worst it’s been since I’ve been going to this Arby’s. The one in South Hanover is definitely a lot quicker with their service
First time going back to Arby's for a meal in probably 5 years, and wow, I will not be going back ever again. The food was awful. The "large" curly fries were only half full, and they were soggy and barely warm. The double beef and cheddar sandwich was completely smashed. The beef was tasteless and was so greasy that it all slid out of the sandwich when I tried to eat it. The bottom of the paper bag was see-through from all the grease that drained out on the way home. The only part of the meal that was any good was the coke.
First off any one can have good and bad days. Arbys normally is good. With that said I would change 3 things. I am not a fan of the slider rolls. They put way to much salt on the crinkle ff. And they need to bring back the hot ham and cheese sandwich with the ham sliced thin like the roast beef. I like the app it speeds up the process if I am in a hurry. Now if I could get my wife to know what good food is I could eat at arbys more often
Ordered a cheese steak here. Looked good on the menu. What I got was disgusting cold and slimy. Gross. Never ordering from Arby's again
Usually food quality is awesome here, usually will have to check to make sure everything is there as they've missed things before.
This time they got everything. I ordered a gyro and cut it in half to share with a friend. This is what my half looked like... ???? There quality of what was there was good. Where's the meats??
I get that we had a late night order but come on. Stuff ain't cheap
