The service here often times leaves a little to be desired. For example, in drive-through I’ve had several times where the staff are so busy chatting inside. They don’t take the time to confirm what the payment is. They’re putting on my card to welcome me thanked me for my service or for my purchase or anything like that. Also, we never eat inside anymore because it’s always kind of grungy. The food is OK. It’s pretty much average Arby’s or the base Arby’s that you should expect but it’s not going over the top in any way shape at all to get four or five stars.
This was one of the cleanest Arby's I been to.
lady at the window was really kind and i understand that the store just opened but the chicken sandwich was entirely raw. the rest of the food is good
The lady who took my order could be a little more nicer, I felt like I had to hurry up for her,plus she didn't get our order correct. I haven't been very happy with this place much lately I'll try somewhere else, I know there's more then 1 arby's
I'm not sure what has happened in the last three months, over the last several weeks the service has gone from five stars to two, this is based on several visits with this being the absolute worst....the employees were not nearly as friendly, irritated with our requests, there was no mayo on my chicken, didn't get the sauces we requested and we had no napkins.....guess we can check Arby's off our list for a while!

No I don't usually like hair in my food. Was enjoying my dinner munching on some fries and I could tell something was in it. I proceeded to pull this 6inch black hair out of my mouth. I already ate my sandwich, so it really grossed me out thinking what else wasn't sanitary.
Can get busy at peak hours, but still gets the order out reasonably quick. The other local fast food joints have really taken a dive, so I decided to give Arby's another go. Honestly, not a big curly fries fan. Never have been. However, they nail it on the sandwiches! The classic roast beef is the bomb, but it's the other offerings that really shine! The fish, when available, is the best in town. Turkey is great! Reuben is amazing! Most recently had the 5 Meat Mega Stack. I thought I was hungry. I thought it would be no big deal. I was wrong. It tasted so good, and I came terribly close to a meat coma! Oh, also, that Arby's sauce mixed with some horsey... ????
I was disappointed with my food today.
It took them 30 minutes to put my food in a bag. (I watched my food sit under the lamp the whole time I was there).
The curly fries were good, but after I almost finished my roast beef I caught a glimpse at what it looked like.
It looked almost burnt, very dark brown. Not the normal color.
I'll be going to the one in hastings from now on!
