I like Arby’s always have. But I feel that big hedge fund bought it and that discourages me. Today I had the 2 for $6 (chicken sandwich & reg roast beef) small fries and a small drink. $11.63. Food was fine. The place is clean, there is some drive thru traffic and little walk in traffic. It’s lunchtime on a Thursday. There may need to consider a somewhat different model if they want to keep the lights on.

Ordered the artisan buffalo chicken wrap this time with lemonade and curly fries.. The artisan wrap was nice. The main problem was buffalo chicken had very less sauce on it. Otherwise it was good. Love their lemonade.
Just got lunch today 11/14/24 i got the new sandwich comb and when I asked for large strawberry lemonade they gave me the milkshake cup and not the normal large and then told me corporate told them to do that if that the case i will never come back, it's not a special drink and should be in a bigger cup especially if I'm paying almost $20 for a sandwich comb get it together
I ordered 6 potato cakes and 2 roast beef sandwiches and they forgot my sandwiches never been more annoyed and we are the only ones in line so no reason to forget them had to drive all way back to get them ????

Service was great. Employees were very polite. Wings were cold so i was sad :( also, if you used a tad less sauce you would save a ton of money. My wings were practically swimming. The picture is after I took the wax paper coveres in sauce out and blofted the wings with a napkin ????

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. REVIEW: My husband and I ordered with a coupon for 2 Classic Roast Beef sandwiches, 2 fries, and 2 medium drinks for $9.99. The young male cashier who took our order fumbled around on the register for 3-5 minutes trying to input the coupon. He then told us the total was $13.51. I questioned him about that because tax on $9.99 isn't $3.52. He then made the remark that several people had been in to use that same coupon. I wondered how many of them were overcharged. He FINALLY asked for another employee to assist him -- ONLY after I called him out on the mistake. The food was good but I don't appreciate being overcharged just because an employee doesn't ask for assistance when needed.
Go somewhere else if you want decent service and food.
Customer service was bad, lady seemed like she couldn’t take the onions off the sandwich when I asked for no onion. She talked superrrrr fast, and seemed very irritated when we asked a question.
Both my brisket sandwich and my Boyfriends buffalo chicken sandwich were DRENCHED with sauce. The buns on top were covered, had to wipe it all off with napkins just to eat it. The brisket wasn’t shredded and was barely cooked, and cold, no cheese, and again too much sauce.
Asked for curly fries and they tasted stale and a few days old.
Side note: the turn into the parking lot about destroyed the truck. Please fix your parking lot.
