Garbage food here. Chicken tenders and fries so gross, I’d believe you if you told me it was picked from the trash. Everyone’s fries were cold, despite my use of a hot bag and being less than 5 from the Arbys. The tenders were so dark and disgusting looking. It seems as if they were left under a heat lamp for over an hour.
I used to work at an Arby’s and our food was miles above this location. This place will rob you of your money by delivering extremely underwhelming goods and services.
I’m going back for a refund when I leave work.
Went for lunch. Ordered the French dip with extra meat. Food came out hot and fresh. The French fries were fresh and crisp. The drink area looked clean. No ketchup holders out. I had to use a drink lid. I do wish they would clean the legs and feet of the tables. Nasty.
Okay, we stopped here on our way down to Tennessee the day before Thanksgiving, and it blew me away. I was craving their cheese sticks, but love me a beef n’ cheddar. I was thrown off by the route, because it took us down a “No Outlet” street that wasn’t a no outlet, but we were so rewarded . I’m not kidding, one of the best sandwiches I have had in my life, 20 minutes before they closed non the less. The gentleman running the window was nice, and apologized for the brief wait, stating the mozzarella sticks were made to order. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly sauced. We just got back from thanksgiving dinner, and still talked about the sandwiches from Arby’s. You all should be proud of the quality put out at that store. Maybe it was because of who was running that shift, they should be rewarded.
I had a terrible experience at Arby's. The service was incredibly slow, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong. The food was lukewarm and lacked any flavor. To make matters worse, the restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained. I left feeling unsatisfied and won't be returning anytime soon.
Absolutely disgusting. Found a long hair in the middle of my sandwich. Took one bite and pulled a hair that was at least 18 inches long out of it. They also got my order wrong giving me incorrect items with my meal.

Would give a 5 but forgot napkins & fries could have be just a bit hotter ( I like them fresh out).
Arby's always good, however they're expensive. C'mon Arby's we know what that beef really is. Theirs no shortage of those things either
Was going to drive thru but decided to go in. The atmosphere was Great. Very clean The Employees were courteous and customer service was great. I ordered a roast beef combo with curly fries and a drink cost me almost $10. Unfortunately the curly Fries were stale and the Roast Beef sandwich was just plain. I always loved Arby’s food. Will definitely try a different location next time. Only because of the food.
