I stopped there on Friday 9/6 @ 6pm, there's a big sign on the window advertising roast beef sandwichs 4 for $10. I went inside to order, I asked the girl at the counter if that deal was still good, she said I think so, but when she asked a coworker he said no we can't do that as we would have to cook another roast, and I'm standing right there. Why on a Friday night do they not have enough roast cooked especially during dinner time. I asked if I could get 2 roast beef from the 2 for $6 he said yes they could do that but no more then 2 which was very rude to say. When I said ok I'll have 2 for $6 roast beef, the girl said ok but would you be willing to get a roast beef and a chicken sandwich instead, even after the guy said they could do 2 roast beef sandwiches. I was so mad and upset I didn't order anything and left, and I went to taco bell. I was really really disappointed in both of the employees service and how I was treated. I'm never going back.
Very reasonable prices. Senior drink prices. Decent food and love their wagu burgers when available. Friendly service. This is pretty much the only fast food resturant that we go to
Came in the drive through an hour before close and they were very upset.
Told us it would be a 20 minute wait on certain things and very rude at the window. Will never come here after 9 pm again.....
Love Arby's and their happy hour is good. Was pretty disappointed though in how gross and unclean it was in the dining area. Didn't get a pic of all the trash swept under the condiment counter. Couple of the sliders were cold and made ahead, not fresh. Had some very good food also with pretty friendly service. Just wonder how clean the kitchen is if dining area is not thoroughly cleaned? Shake machine was down.
Son and i were the only ones in the restaurant. So not busy at all. The place was a mess. Beverage counter was needed wiping the self serve pumps for condiments was out of product and had little cups scattered throughout. Many tables were dirty. After i told the guy that the horsey sauce was out he made no attempt to fill it. Sad, pay em more and expect less.
great! I am visiting from Canada and stopped by for lunch. workers were friendly and service was fast. sandwiches were delicious. AND they have mustard packets which most places don't and I'm obsessed with mustard lol.

Couldn't get anything, because all was in back jamming to tunes didn't even care if any one was in there
One of the better restaurants, drive thru crew was great
