Stopped in passing thru, the quality of food fits this dump of a town. Will never return.
Gave me tiny little nuggets and a Gyro with barley any meat. Arby's you realize I gave you money right? Pay your employees more so they give af.
Yo they just left out my food from the bag, when I got home and checked my gyro wasn't in there.
We went through the drive through after running some errands. It started with the drinks. They hand them out the window we both got sweet tea.they were not sweet. We told them and they gave us new tea's they again were not sweet tea. But regular unsweetened tea. The buns on the sandwiches were hard and stale. The classic beef n cheddar was a joke. And the fries were not even warm. And no it was not due to the drive home. We started eating as we pulled out of parking lot.
Whitney (xenia management) decided it was okay to have an attitude because she had to simply answer the phone because her female staff who was working the driveway claimed "WE (Arbys staff) are only allowed to give 2 sauce packets per vehicle" even after we ordered 4 meals! (she refused to give me the name for this review) Whitney (or Whiney in this case) then stated that's not an actual rule, and she wasn't sure why the un named staff claimed that, and said there was nothing more she could do about it. Pretty sad Fast Food is more hastle than restaurants these days. Steer CLEAR!
Gentleman at the window went to bat for me with a manager that didn't want to hand my order out the window. I'd be ashamed to have a manager on my team that wouldn't take a simple step to help a customer. My daughter and I had been on the road for 2 hours. It was late. We were trying to just get home with food in hand. I went to go in as usual and noticed my daughter was asleep and needed a diaper change. Instead of making the road trip longer, I decided to attempt to get our order through the drive thru window (my wife ordered through the app). I waved down an employee and explained. He went to his manager who told him that I'd have to come inside. I explained the situation to him and he was hesitant but told me if I pulled forward, he would run my order out. Customer retention is difficult and not always an exact science. One of your managers almost lost a loyal customer but luckily you had a star team member in place. I hope you see this. Thank you, sir.
Our meal was excellent, and the gentleman who served us was very pleasant. I would give 5 stars to the Arby's in Xenia, Ohio, and also to the GENTLEMAN who served us.
We will return.
It's been years since I've been in this Arby's because I used to avoid it. It was always dirty and just looked unkept. I was in town and I really wanted a beef and cheddar so I figured I would just grab some food to go. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much it's changed for the better. I actually decided to sit in and eat my meal. The lady at the counter was very friendly and was busy cleaning between customers. As I sat here writing this review she walked by to get more cleaning done and took a second to ask if I enjoyed my lunch. Whatever you guys are doing here, keep doing it!
We tried the new Kings Hawaiian Brown Sugar Bacon BLT today for lunch. It was pitiful...nothing but crumbled pieces of bacon! We were disappointed especially considering the cost of the sandwiches! Another case of paying more for less!
***UDATE....Xenia Arbys made it right! We were comped two meals and everything was much better! The sandwiches were perfect and fries were fresh. We will go back! Thank you Makyla for making things right!
