It is truly amazing that people who work fast food want $15+ an hour when they can't get a simple order right! It amazes me that they can't read when it says "no lettuce," they receipt says no lettuce but apparently their cooks couldn't read that! If you can't make an order correctly maybe you should pick a different line of work that doesn't require reading and this is why fast food workers shouldn't get paid ANYTHING over minimum wage!
First off, it’s 78° out and they have the heat turned up like it’s -10! People in the lobby were sweating like it’s the middle of summer! We order our food after the cashier took 15 minutes to get back to the register, handed our cups and then find out there is no carbonation in any of the machines. Fine I get that stuff happens so we get 2 sweet teas. Then another 15 min goes by before we even get our food. My fries are served cold and my chicken sandwich was lukewarm at best. The cheese wasn’t even melting on top of it. I should have just put it under the vent because that was hotter than anything else. All we got was a meek apology from the cashier. Congratulations, you guys are officially the worst Arby’s I have ever been too! Get it together!!!
I just ordered the $5 boneless wings w/fries. Although the young man at the speaker/window was very polite, he was too busy talking to his co-workers, so when I asked for ranch and ketchup he must not have heard me because when I pulled over to eat (I'm an Uber driver and eat on the go), there was no ketchup. And no napkins. Then my boneless wings looked like this.... They were not all covered and at the same time they were literally sitting in about 1/2 an inch of sauce at the bottom of my cardboard box. We all know what happens when you introduce something wet to cardboard.... There were no utensils, no napkins, and no wipes. So, I didn't get to eat them. I had to throw away $4 worth of my $5 meal and only had fries.
Disappointed Arby's! I'm still hungry, and have $5 less money now.
The roast beef was dry and very little on sandwich the best thing was the curly fries which I order and wasn't in in my bag as I pulled off had to go away around and get my fries said part they wasn't busy at all
There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever, employees are very rude. They also allow homeless people to stay in the dining room along with all of their belongings. The entire restaurant reeks of B.O. instead of roast beef and potato cakes. Avoid this Arby's at all costs!
Crispy fish sandwich is really good (I prefer just the patty with a little tartar, though). But the fries were cold and dark, and when I asked for fresh hot fries, she said, "We just put those out!" Ma'am. So, I'm a liar? She brought out hot fries, but HOW OLD IS THIS GREASE?!?!? ???? I'm over it. Eight bucks for a crispy fish patty and over-iced Coke. Got it!
It has been a long time since I had been in arby's, and I accidentally stumbled into this one, so I ordered a sandwich and it was actually surprisingly really good. I recommend it!
Horrible service! I placed and paid for a mobile order but when I got there to pick it up they had closed early. I could hear people laughing at one point from the drive through window. They could’ve at least acknowledged me. Still waiting on my refund!
