Staff named Johnette was the most amazing person to have made my sandwich. Hands down Arby's Barbie Bomb shell. The experience was delightful because of her charming personality ????????????????????????
Food is really good service is great very friendly clean store from what I can see from out here I definitely eat here again
Went their got two number 7s “buffalo chicken sandwiches” and asked if it could all be fresh gave us plain chicken sandwiches went back in and listened to them all talking bad about how I asked for fresh food didn’t know that was an unreasonable request? Got my sandwich and this is what it looked like
Clean, good food, food came out fast a few friendly face's. But with that said I didn't know fet affected northern iowa so bad
Dined inside. It was a very busy place but the staff was handling it very well. Everything was clean and neat. I was impressed with that. My friend enjoyed her roast been slider and milk shake. I did not like the French fry concoction. Fries were too soggy.
I will go back in spite of.
I love Arby's, but this location was a huge disappointment! Poor customer service, room temperature fries and sandwich, and no sauce added to the bag! My 4 year old took a bite if his chicken nugget and said it was too hard and crunchy. I tried it and it was ridiculous and barely edible.
Just make the trip across the parking lot to a different food service and save yourself the mistake if eating dinner here.
When there's no deals on their app I go somewhere else. It has happened quite a few times. Sorry for the no business.
My husband and I visited this restaurant last weekend and were very impressed, especially with the cashier. She was very personable, made us laugh and ensured we had everything we needed. She really enjoyed her job and it was a nice change to the everyday fast food worker we often see. Food was also top notch, keep up the good work!
