The customer service from the people working there was very good. I felt welcome.
There was a small wait to get help at the front register but it seems like most fast food restaurants are understaffed these days.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and not high pressure. There is a lot of seating and many windows.
The food tastes good for fast food. The 4 star rating is no fault on the staff. It's on the "shrinkflation" of the chicken wraps. They are approximately $2.99 each and are the size of an egg roll.
The 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches is the way to go if you're hungry and on a budget.
I came threw the drive through and ordered the homestyle turkey ranch and bacon sandwich with regular fry's and a tea. Not only was my food out instantly and hot. But the sweet girl with red hair in drive threw made my experience amazing so respectful and asked if I wanted desert with my order I couldn't help myself to two cherry pies! She is doing her job right and has my vote on amazing customer service!
Update... came tonight for dinner. Took to long. Gave us our order, we check it no nuggets. Took about 25 minutes to get the entire order. Why are there only 3 people working. Just close the dining room if you can't do it all in a timely manner.
Drove into this Arby's down the street from my residence. Order the usual turkey gyro with extra tzatziki sauce just the sandwich. As I have ordered many times before.
Upon receiving my order I was informed that the turkey gyro was not on the menu anymore because they couldn't portion out the meat correctly. I would have to order one of the other meats they have selected for the sandwich next time.
Even though I have received my turkey gyro today! Like I did 2 weeks ago, a month ago, etc.
As I get home to open up my meal the gyro was rudely drenched in tzatziki sauce. Seems to me that fast food industry can care less about its customers' satisfaction and more about it's profits and ridiculous policies.
We As Americans need to boycott this kind of treatment. Not just one but all Industries who don't provide transparency, quality service and ingredients.
This place is terrible and the Employees couldn't care less about your food or how much you pay for it. Cold fries and not filled up all the way after they made us pull forward and wait. Cold Chicken, Wrong Drinks, no marinara for our mozzarella sticks, lady didnt give us straws for our drink or put them in the bag, we had to ask. Forgot my fries originally we had to ask for them to go get them and they bring out cold garbage. It wasn't even busy. There was only 1 freaking car other than us and an empty lobby. Prices go up and service gets worse. Never coming back to this dump ever again. Do yourself a favor and get a new crew. This one tonight gave up on the job.
Not returning
So I'm guessing turkey gyros are off the menu now , after ordering one today with extra tzatziki sauce I get told at drive though I cant have it after today, they are no longer selling it. I had asked for some extra tzatziki sauce on my turkey gyro and rudly they decided to smother it all over the food. How dissatisfing.
Arbys is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but when I tried to use my 2 meal $9.99 coupon and they told me they couldn't accept it, only the manager can accept coupons and he wasn't there. I ended up paying almost $25 for 2 meals when I was expecting to pay $10! Then they tell me they are out of ice and I said that's fine because I had ice at home. Not only were the sodas warm, they were flat!!!! So I ended up with bad service and no drink and paid full price! Food was also subpar compared to other Arby's locations! Will not go back to Deer Valley location!
I ordered an arby's roast beef sandwich.
It was good curly fries. I ordered a large one. It was half full.I don't know if these companies are doing this on purpose or the service.Just sucks that bad
