So many things made me lose my appetite here. The guy taking our order has a shaggy beard. He wore a beard net.... around his neck, not his beard. The place was not very clearn. Sauce splattered around the trash cans, fries all over bathroom floor. No paper towels in bathroom and sauce dispenser was empty. Not managed well.
Chocolate milkshake- they couldn't even mix it. What happened to the dome lids and ehipped cream. Roast beef sandwiches were ok, service a little slow.
Seems to be 50/50 at this location. My two most recent orders are prime examples. The 2nd to last order, I have no complaints, order was correct and food was great. Today for lunch, not so much. Ordered a roast beef slider, fries and BBQ wrap as part of their 3/$5 promotion. The wrap I was given was actually a Ranch one, which I would've been okay with, even if I didn't order it. But it was completely dry and inedible. When made properly, their wraps are pretty good for FF. But I tossed this one after one bite. It's surprising, as I went during the heart of lunch hour, so I expected freshly made food. I might be back, but knowing I'll be unsure what to fully expect.
So there is a line of 5 cars behind me. No one is taking orders and I can see the staff standing around. I politely ask why the people behind me are not being served. The staff says do you see a head set on this person? No they don't have one in. The one behind them? I'm not sure what that has to do with anything. The lady took me for being rude versus concerned. Then she slams the window walks away. Listen this is pretty common occurrence here they take an order full it, make everyone else wait. Clearly they are doing this for either a reason like because of the food timers, or undertrained. They way they do it, you can have less staff on duty ...owner....
Fine fast food establishment. Staff was kind and quick. The place was mostly clean with small bits of paper waste laying about. Bathrooms were immaculate. They share a bathroom with the Phillips 66 next door down the hall. 2 top, 4 top, booths, and a 10 top table are available for seating options. Our food was fresh and hot which was a pleasant surprise for a small town fast food establishment.
The potato cakes are back!!!!!! Finally potato cakes. Roast beef sandwiches are really good. The bacon chicken sandwich is good. The people there were nice. Really good customer service they double check the order.
0/0⭐️ Cold beef sandwich, raw uncooked potato cake and razor thin chicken sandwich mostly breading and some parts had no chicken. Slow service. They just stole 12 bucks from me thanks for nothing 0/0 ⭐️
Went through the drive through they forgot abbey so we had to wait almost 10 min for new fries got home and our food was cold this store has been getting worse and worse I would go elsewhere for food
