This is a nice Arby's to sit down and eat at, the restaurant is clean and the employees are nice plus they have parking for semis.
The sandwich was good. The curly fries were cold and didn't really taste good. ????
The food was normal. The lady serving spill3d most the fries on the counter, but because it was busy, she just handed me the tray and didn't replace them.
Ordered two fish sandwiches and opened and there was very little tarter and very little lettuce. Took it back and was told that buns are warm and absorbed tarter and that there was the appropriate amounts on there. They made me a new one so you be the judge. old one new one
I am a loyal customer. I Went to use a coupon for 2 for 7$ chicken premium nuggets and a chicken sandwich and got told that coupon hasn't worked for over a year so i needed to pick something else. They did nothing to help.
Arbys is always a great place to eat. I consider it to be one of the nicer fast food places to go for a bite to eat. Their jamocha shakes are always a good choice.
Prompt service. Food was hot. The back lot has parking for several tractor trailers or large RVs!
Terrible. The disrespectfulness of the assistant manager when I simply asked for a burger to be remade. The burger was raw. I picked it up 3 minutes after the online order I place. Burger was undercooked by a lot. Got the replacement specified no Swiss cheese no tomato could even follow them simple instructions. Never going back to here. Pathetic.
