Nicely updated restaurant needs to work on customer service next. I stopped in for a Jamoca shake and after waiting for staff to work on drive through for an inordinate amount of time (given that two other staff were working drive through), I was told that the shake machine was down. It wasn’t so much the disappointment of not getting a shake, as it was the attitude that came with the declaration. I would call it snarky & sarcastic, given the 94 degree temperature outside. I settled for a nugget kids combo for a snack. Nuggets were reasonably fresh and the curly fries were somewhat stale. There was only one other party in the dining area and only one more came in while I was there. I saw at least three non-cooking staff working. Service clearly could have been better. Huge single stall restrooms were very nice.
According to the reviews read. There has been a lot of hit and miss in terms of the service and food. I just went to this location and only after two different people finished stumbling over the microphone was I told that the specific item I was asking for happened to be sold out. Someone referring to themselves as the owner continues giving customers a generic response. For the sake of the community and the people that try to use your restaurant, please consider handing management or control to someone else in order to correct the problems consistently. Not just sometimes.
I ordered a classic roast beef meal and received a beef and cheddar meal. I do not like the beef and cheddar and ended up eating very little of it. I didn't discover what I got until later down the road and couldn't go back because I was at the start of a four hour drive.To pay $10 for a small fries, a sandwich I didn't want, and a watered down soda is ridiculous. Not going back. Definitely not worth it.

I don't know how, but they managed to mess up our ENTIRE ORDER. The buffalo sandwich had almost no buffalo sauce on it and was packed with lettuce even though we requested no lettuce, the burger also had toppings that were requested off, the french dip either had the wrong cheese or had such old cheese it had a funky taste, and the drink was wrong. HOW do you mess it up that badly????? It is entirely too expensive to eat here for us to have our ENTIRE MEAL WRONG.
I was trying to enjoy one of the wagyu burgers, however halfway through it I found a long hair in the middle of it. And upon looking there was also a long hair stuck to the outside of my bag. I'm a guy with short hair, so I know it's not mine.
I got the half pound roast beef combo. The fries were well seasoned and super hot (freshly made). The roast beef was super as well. I tried some 3 Pepper sauce on the fries. Not terribly hot. Of course I put horsey sauce on the RB. The staff was friendly and upbeat. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Best Arbys experience in a while.
Little hard to get in and out of if traffic is heavy on Lewisville-Clemmpns road. Once inside staff is cheerful, courteous, friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean inside service was fast and food was served hot and fresh
Do NOT eat here! My parents tried the new hamburger and got food poisoning so severe they both needed to see a doctor. Not worth it. Horrible. Please cook your meat, Arby’s. You’re leading people to hellish stomach pains.
