Austin as well as the other staff members did an absolute awesome job today. I had a particularly large order and a few too many coupons but was really impressed with how it was handled. I’m officially a returning customer now.
Get a craving for roast beef sandwiches. So we go to Arby's. Usually this store was good. Key word, WAS. They refused to honor the national special of 2 for $6. Charged $31 for 6 sandwiches that should have cost $18. Absolutely ridiculous. Guess there's no reason to go back now.
Always disrespectful night shift , management nasty to costumers and staff. Staff uncooperative with each other combative with customers. You can hear them bickering. The best thing is the new manager at least it's clean. He is trying amongst a lazy crew . The way they speak and treat each other is disgusting. Teamwork and customer service training could help all of this. But that is a corporate problem not a sublevel default manager.
Drive-through at Richmond Hill location on Friday Sept 13th about 6:15pm. Ordered two meals. I ordered a reuben meal which costs nearly $12. Curly fries were great. Sandwich was awful. It was clearly removed from the fridge and dropped into the bag: sandwich not cut. Bread not toasted. Cheese, sauerkraut, meat were cold. Meat was just a big cold inedible slab. An expensive waste because it was inedible. There were only us and one car ahead, so it wasn’t a matter of being overwhelmed. Just pathetic.
Despite the initial disappointment of not having any hot apple turnovers prepared, the Arby's crew went the extra mile to make fresh ones for me and kept me informed during the 30-minute wait. Their concern and service are certainly commendable! The restaurant was short walk from my hotel.
It was 7:15 pm. I just tried to go in to order, since the light was not on the drive-thru menu board. However, there's a sign on the door that says "Drive-thru only." So, I went to the drive-thru, and they told me the sign is not working. Seriously? Drive-thru only, but you can't see the menu??? That's just SORRY. I left. Thanks for nothing! If I could've given ZERO stars, I would've.
Very disappointed in the manager at this Arby’s. We were on our way home to NC and decided to stop to eat lunch. There happen to be a ball team in front of us but we thought it would go fast since they had to ladies taking orders. After waiting 10 minutes we finally made it to the counter and then they had us standing there another 10 minutes while they gave the drive through and ball team their orders. The manager said nothing or offer an apology for the wait. Their service should be faster than 20 minutes to take our order and could have been longer had we stayed. We left and went to the Wendy’s across the street where we received great service!
The owners appear to have never updated this very very worn out Arby's. Most of their business is likely drive thru, which is probably how they get away with operating a dumpy restaurant. The atmosphere definitely has the potential to help if you're on a diet and would benefit from losing your appetite. Otherwise, use the drive thru, and don't look through the windows to see where your food came from.
The bathroom smelled like it gets cleaned weekly -- not good.
The food was fine -- normal Arby's food.
