Best WLM Reviews
The staff truly made this place great. They were extremely friendly and hospitable. We came on a Sunday for lunch and were the only ones inside. When they got slow the staff came out to clean the tables.
I haven't had Arby's in a decade, long live the 5 for $5, it is now $5 for a single roast beef.
The food was great and curly fries were FILLED to the top.
Have been coming here for years and years. My most recent experience was pretty terrible. I got a large combo with fries, a RB sandwich with Swiss, and an apple fritter for around $21. The cashier was nice and when I asked for a few of each sauce just to try she happily agreed with a smile. My food was brought out promptly and as I was leaving the parking lot an employee chased me down to give me my Swiss RB. When I got home I checked the food. My whole entire large fry container was filled with crumbs. Actual crumbs not just small fries. Only a few in tact fries. My RB with Swiss had the cheese unmelted and the top bun was burned to a crisp and black. Lastly, the sauces to eat my crumbs with. Instead of a getting few of each sauce, I was given about 20 Arby’s sauces and 2 horsey sauces. Just annoying when you’re spending 20+ dollars on food, and I couldn’t help but feel like I was intentionally slighted by the employees for whatever reason. Apple fritter was delicious though.
Very friendly staff! Food was fresh and hot. They now have Burgers too! Have not tried one but will be soon!
The customer service at this location is a step above any fast food establishment.
I’ve been here multiple times and the food is always up to Arby’s standards. The orders are made quick and they’ve always been correct. What makes this a place that I prefer over other local fast food establishments is the quality of customer service. The cashiers are polite, helpful, and friendly to talk to. It’s a place that I enjoy and I encourage anyone who enjoys Arby’s to stop by.
The woman behind the counter was super friendly, and greeted everyone the same which was nice to see. Arby's is Arby's you go there to get what you like, and our beef n chedders did the job plus the fries were hot. Good job all the way around.
Ordered brisket sandwich and fries. Brisket sandwich was small and cold. The fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday. Everything was garbage, didn’t even eat half of it.
I made the comment to my husband that I don't believe Arby's has changed a bit over the years as far as quality and flavor go. Delicious!
Very nice Arby's in a convenient location. Service can be a little slow during busy times, but the food is served really fresh and hot. That's remarkable for fast food. The Gyro is magnificent and a great value!
