1st time to this one. Incredibly clean. Easy menu and lower priced values. Tons of parking and easy access. Lots of seating and great selection at the soda fountain. Very decorative and nice atmosphere. Newly designed signs and frontain drink machine has ton of options. Food was great, they are packed so little longer wait. The team seemed very energetic. They do pick up, dine in and drive thru. Kid friendly and bathrooms are clean. Highly recommended.

I hadn't been to Arby's in quite some time I have to say that this is one of my best restaurant experiences since covid started!! The manager that was running the shift was extremely nice and helpful I hadn't looked over their menu and quite a long time since I hadn't been there in ages. After ordering my food I neglected to order some potato cakes with cheese which is always one of my favorites and as I requested to order them the manager was nice enough to give them to me free of charge. I sure did appreciate it. The food was great as well as the service. And as you can see they have closed they're lobby over safety concerns for they're customers which is a huge plus at this time!! Thank you Arbys Country Club and Southern.
The only thing good about this location was the cashier. She was working both drive thru and the inside register and cleaning the lobby, mind you she was killing it at multitasking, but the food was not that great. Took 10 minutes to come out and the fries were old my son opened his sandwich and it was still pink. We don't eat pink meat so we sent it back by then I was sick to my stomach and threw my food away but the lady making the food with bad vibes was like its supposed to be like that and when we get a chance we will make you another! The cashier apologized and gave us a new sandwich
We went through the drive through in mid-afternoon and ordered some roast beef sandwiches, a corned beef Reuben, and a chicken sandwich with fries and drinks. The Reuben was tasteless and had hardly any meat on it. The roast beef sandwiches also had very little meat. The fries were so salty we could not eat them. Unfortunately we had already left with our food and was at home but we spent almost $50 on food there and easily half of it was inedible or not at all good. Our kiddo likes the chicken sandwiches but we will not be going back to this location. The employees were all very nice but it also took an extremely long time to get our food when it was not at all busy. I'm so, so disappointed. I rarely get upset over the cost of food vs. quality but this was absolutely awful.
Order two chicken wraps in the drive thru at 12:17pm. Didn't receive my food until 12:40pm. That is just unacceptable. At first I waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes and no one came to the window to tell me the status on my food so I went inside. Talked to the manager I presume since she was wearing a gray shirt instead of a black one. I told her that I'd been waiting for 15 minutes for two chicken wraps and asked if they were ready. I heard the cook in the back saying it was going to be another 3 minutes since the chicken was never dropped in. I'm presuming that means it was never cooked. The manager asked if I wanted anything else like a cookie for waiting and I said no I'd just like my food. Her service is the only thing good about my experience today. Everything else was just an absolute disappointment.
The food is always good but service is AWESOME! These guys are so friendly that it always makes me feel like I'm visiting a friend at work. They really make going above and beyond look easy.
