Tried coming here twice. Both times the staff was so curt and rude we never even ordered and left. We were greeted with ill-tempered and impatient tones with words spoken so fast you couldn't understand. Then they'd yell and become even more short tempered when you asked them to please repeat what they said. One of the times they said they weren't fully open (an hour after they'resypposed tomhave opened) because their manager wasn't there to finish openening things.
We went first thing in at afternoon say 1pm we were in and out and the food was perfect. We were not even missing anything which is a big plus with me because especially with a big order they miss something.
They really need to shut down/close the doors for good. Always out of something and can never make change for big bills. If business is that slow, just close down for good.
Unfortunately Arby’s gets a 2 star from me. I love your fish sandwich, I believe it’s the best in the world and the amazing 2/7 price can’t be beat. Your staff needs a refresher course on sanitary and appearance. I got food poisoning. The manager did not have on Arby’s uniform and no one had on hairnet or gloves. Maybe someone was sick and handling my food. I eat there a lot and this was the first time this happened to me. I wish I came on here about my experience when it happened but unfortunately I did not I was sick in bed. After that I have stopped eating at the restaurant, this happened about 3 weeks ago. Maybe I will get the courage to give it another try someday.
Stopped and ordered two half pound roast beef sandwiches and didn't open them till I got home. Guess they were out of top buns. I would have settled for two bottom buns. Lol
Worst Arby’s ever. Went through the drive through today 05/10 at 5:45 and lady at the drive thru was extremely rude. We chose not to eat here at this point. I will not return to this location. Please hire a staff with good customer service. This is the wrong business to be in when you speak to people rudely with an attitude. We all went to Jersey Mikes and had a very enjoyable meal.
We stopped for Arby's Gyros, they offer beef, turkey, and greek style. Greek is the way we like this sandwich most of the time. We have had them before at Arby's and liked them. Two for $6., is reasonable. Today hubby got the Greek Gyro and I got the Turkey Gyro. I really enjoyed my turkey gyro, it was not a greasy sandwich...it was just right, delicious. We walked in to order for take-out and everyone was masked up nicely.
If I could give no stars, I would. This place has the worst service. The people "working" there are most likely on drugs or drunk. They refuse to complete orders if they don't want to. The laziest place over ever seen. I wouldn't be surprised if the employees mess with the food in ways that would cause a lawsuit. These people just don't care about anything. They should all be replaced.
