The staff is genuine. It nice to come in and feel welcome. The Manager is outstanding always says hello. He also knows what my order is. I like that type of friendly service.

Always loved Arby's. This location, which is on Dupont Hwy, is shared with an Exxon gas station. The drive thru lane can be very slow moving. If you're looking for fast food and decent pricing, this is good. The roast beef sandwich was nice and thick. The curly fries were good. The chicken sliders were also good. The interior cafe looks newly renovated, with a nice seating area. When we went there, the milkshake machine was not working, which was a disappointment.
Got the new burger here with my dad. I didn't get it with the burger sauce it comes with, instead I added the arby's sauce. I really liked how this tasted. It has a nice pepper-y flavor and the Arby's sauce on it was amazing!
Giving it four stars though cause sometimes sandwiches from here that have sauce like ranch or Buffalo can be super sloppily made. Otherwise it's good and the staff is very friendly.
Food came out good. There was about a 10 minute wait in the drive-thru, but I can't blame them for everyone going there after work. I had a coupon for a $5 signature meal, so I got the smoked brisket meal with a small curly fries, and a small sweet tea. I also ordered a side of mozzarella sticks. Everything came out correct and tasted good. The coupons come in handy, def bring them with you when you go. They come once a month in the junk mail.
Stopped at the Arby’s in Woodside DE to get lunch for my wife and myself. The gentleman that took my order was polite but had trouble hearing me. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my order I gave the gentlemen my card to pay for my meal and he in turn handed me my drinks and shortly after a receipt. After waiting for about 10 minutes he came back to the window to inform me that it is taking longer because they are making our food fresh and everything is gonna be fresh and hot but they did not have one of the ingredients for my meal. I told him it would be fine without it and he walked away. About 3-4 minutes later he came back with my food and we left. I got home to find that my burger that was supposed to be hot and fresh was in fact cold/room temp and I only live 2 minutes from this location so I know a piping hot burger doesn’t cooldown that fast. I also noticed after leaving that the gentlemen never gave me my card back that I paid with so I called the location and talked with another gentlemen that said “yeah we figured you would be calling”. I was informed that he was gonna put my card in the safe and that it was ok if my wife picked my card up later. My wife arrived several hours later to get my card and was told that no manager was available to get my card out of the safe but someone would be there soon. After about 18 minutes of waiting I called the location and asked if someone could please hand my wife my card so she could take our children home. The lady I spoke with when I called got an attitude with me and proceeded to tell me that she “just makes sandwiches” but mysteriously enough she was able to get into the unlockable safe in less then a minute and give my card to my wife which prior to my phone call apparently couldn’t be done. Never during this whole process did I or my wife receive an apology. I will say that I frequented this location fairly often just purely out of convenience but after todays lackluster service, I don’t believe I will be visiting Arby’s again.
It was too hot to cook, so we went for a ride. We had coupons so we saved some money also. We always get the coupons from the local paper. Good chicken sandwich, my bride had the roast beef. The only problem was the shake machine was broken.
Fppd os Good drive through. Can be lengthy at times. Friendless of staff ranges from amazing to not sonfriendly.
The staff is always pleasant here. I don’t care for McDonald’s or the Booger King so Wendy’s, Arby’s, and Hardee’s are our go to fast food places. I can’t think of a time I was disappointed at this Arby’s location.
Update 3/28/23
The staff is awesome. I stopped in on 3/28 at lunchtime to pickup a mobile order. There where at least 4 people ahead of me. There was an issue with a piece of equipment that was causing the staff problems with getting the food out. One person ahead of me was getting argumentative with a staff member. Not sure how he expected them to make food if things were broken. Despite the difficulties the staff was very apologetic to me although it wasn’t their fault.
